I currently live in MALDEN, and this is one of my go to Dunkin’s! If the drive-through line is too long, there’s usually never a line inside or vice versa! They always make my coffee exactly the way I like it, and they have yet to screw up an order! So many times I’ve gone to other Dunkins and I forget things are they don’t make my coffee the correct way and it’s super frustrating, so I just go to this one instead! Love the staff here super friendly ❤️ the manager always remembers my face takes the time to say hello and ask how I’m doing! If you live in Malden, this is the Dunkin’ to go to! Open 24 hours as well

Coffee is great however if you sit in your car and enjoy the fresh air and drink the coffee fast, well then you have to take a Leak and they Refuse to open the bathrooms, Being a restaurant a bathroom should be available, have an outhouse dropped off for customers to use

This place must be under new management or something. Honestly don’t know what happened. This used to be my go-to spot if I wanted good coffee and great donuts. Not what I experience last night. I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin. Instead they gave me a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissant but charge me for a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a everything bagel.

I have been a regular customer, Which I have gone 4 to 5 times a day. On July 22, 2023. IN the morning the Girl and guy making sandwiches was so rude and nasty to me because I asked a worker to smile because nobody smiles in this place, Plus the way he was acting as a Dunkin donut Employee like he wanted to fight me. Well I order to sausage and cheese wraps like I allways do and I watch how they made them not using gloves at all Cross confirmation why they was touching other meats and the bread and hash brown all with no gloves, So I just told another Employee there which is awesome like alot of the Employee there except these 2. I hope the management reads this and takes action with these workers on how they talk to customers because after reading some of the reviews u have a few comments about how rude the staff is but most of your staff know how friendly I am as a customer, But I deserve to be treated with respect as a Human being, I’ve never disrespect anyone in Dunkin donuts at Eastern Ave. BECAUSE IF THIS KEEPS HAPPENING I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS TO ANOTHER DUNKIN DONUTS.

One of my favorite Dunkin, when ever I am in Malden and the surrounding area for work this is my to go to. I have it save in my GPS so I can always find it. Food is always hot, drinks always has plenty of ice and customer service is always great.

I ordered a small hit decaf tea with milk and sugar at 11:00 pm and it was quick service with a perfectly made tea as requested when usually at other such places it is never as fast or perfectly made so thank you Dunkin Donuts much appreciated.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life. Rudest nastiest manager and staff. I’ve been here several times over the past few years mostly because I have to and every time it’s something. They consistently get orders wrong then when you politely ask to correct a mistake the manager immediately says “you didn’t order that” and starts blaming you and calling you names. It feels like the customer service twilight zone. They do the opposite of every good customer service best practice. Normally I’m too busy to deal with them and drive away. But I’ve finally had it. They now have a practice of immediately throwing away and not giving customers receipts so they can later blame customers when there are missing items. Stay far away. I will walk the extra mile to go to a different Dunkin.

Coffee is either always burnt or weak. This is ridiculous. What makes it worse is that it is so close to my house, and I have to drive down near Everett just to get a good cup of coffee, and no dosen’t matter what time you go. It’s either burnt or weak. The lattes and other drinks are good and the staff is great. Just stay away from the coffee, and everything else is good.
