Fantastic sandwich(es) since we came twice in one day. Had the Club with the Red Wine Vinegar and Olive Oil and man, unbelievable, we came back for dinner. Who does that? First time the vibe was a bit off, but the second was all good! Thanks!!

This jersey mike location was easy to find right off the highway.

Gave me a sandwich with nothing on it even though I payed for a jersey shore. Literally just ham and cheese. Staff was also rude. Sweet tea was not sweet either. Very mid service.

Hit or miss with this location. The all male staff some how always are super behind. When there are others in the mix the sandwich is perfect and out within 10 mins without question. Today was 45 mins for a sandwich. Also the online ordering system shows you a wide window of about 50 mins to get food. Sometimes it will be 50 mins, sometimes 10. But always quoted almost an hour. What’s the point of the estimated time? Fresh and hot means accurate time windows. Not 50 mins of variability.

Love the deli sliced meat right to sandwich. Original Italian is good. Club Sub is awesome.

I was a Jimmy John’s fan for a long time. I had my first Jersey Mike’s sub about a month ago. Was very impressed.

I just wanted to express how satisfied I am with the two young men and that I encounter every time I come in to Jersey Mike which is usually every Sunday night. Quran and Tharp (hope I’m spelling his name correctly ), are both so delightful, polite and mature. I just really appreciate everything they do each and every time I come in. Both of these young men go above and beyond. I want to let TJ the manager know this, because I’m hoping he will reach out to these two individuals in particular but the whole team and let them know how much they are valued at this location on Arapahoe and Parker roads. ALWAYS a positive experience at thus location ♥️

I’ve been to this Jersey Mike’s only one time and it might be the last time I will be back. While the young man who helped us seemed friendly enough, when he gave me and my mother our sandwiches, we sat down to eat and realized the sandwich was not cut in half. No big deal, so I went up to the counter and asked if they could cut it in half. It was not busy at all and I asked him politely, so I didn’t think it was a big deal to ask. (Mind you, this is after I paid and also gave him a tip. Which I didn’t have to do in the first place) he reluctantly cut the sandwich and told me to ask to cut the sandwich before ordering next time, which I felt was rude. To me, it was a passive way of telling me I inconvenienced him. If that is a policy, then it is the employees responsibility to ask customers if they want their sandwich cut before they make it. Owner/boss should work on training employees on how to talk to customers. Please do better.

It is sad what customer service has come to. I had to interrupt two employees (one being a manager) talking just to get one of them to make my sandwiches. Then once my cold sandwiches were done, I realized they had not even started my hot one. I had to tell them to start it. This was all while no one else was in line and there were at least 5 employees standing around. There was no apology. Then I tried to use the bathroom and there was no soap in either. Pretty scary since one of the employees just used the restroom. Health code violation right there. I would love to hear from the owner because I hate doing reviews like this without addressing it with management first. But it was obvious that the management on duty did not care.

Food is amazing – BUT the restaurant seating is awful! Loud ( i mean loud) rock station blasting. A bit cold. Couldn’t enjoy a great sandwich. Ate it quickly and hit the heck out.
