I came in for a pickup order. I check my order and they were out of the majority of my order. Without asking, they swapped the type of beans. Didn’t include the veggies when we ordered extra, didn’t include the salsa, which we also ordered extra. Got basically the end scraps of the meat. It was over all just incorrect. No one had mentioned that it was wrong. I had to ask about each thing.

Placed an order online. Came to pick it up and went home. They made our order without rice or meat bc they said they had a larger catering order and ran out of food. Instead of telling us that we had to find out when we were home. I went back and they could care less. The manager said sorry we’re short staffed. I asked what that had to do with making meals with the meat or rice. It’s really that they didn’t plan ahead for a larger catering order but blaming it on being short staffed. The place was also filthy. Going down hill fast!

I came in to order a kids meal for my son. I always order it with corn, pico, and guacamole on side. They always charge me for the guacamole which is completely fine but this time a manager named Lindsey was there and she charge me for every side as I have never been charge my meal came up to $14 and some change. For that I would of ordered myself an adults meal. She was extremely rude as everyone else there. They said that they just starting to charge it from now on. I went the day before and payed $7and some change for my meal. Ya need a new manager and get ur rules in tact because how I went the day before and payed $7 but I went today and got charged $14. I will take my business to another chipotle. The manager sucked and she could of handled it a lot better. To add to that I didn’t even want the tacos with the kids meal and still charged me everything else

I came in yesterday around lunchtime and while it was busy, the service was incredible. The girl with the hijab making my food was super sweet and helpful. She answered any questions I had and didn’t make me feel bad for it. My food was good and the dining area was clean. Will definitely come back again!

What a joke, doesn’t look like anyone has picked up the garbage outside for weeks. Tables are dirty and service is disappointing. The only reason the food is not screwed up is they are watched through every step. I won’t be coming back here soon.

Go to any other Chipotle if you can. This location keeps sliding further downhill. Every time I pick up an order I wait more than 10 minutes for it to be ready. Several times I waited 15-20 plus minutes past when it was supposed to be ready. Employees are unhelpful and say “we are working on it” and don’t seem to care. Of my last 10 orders, I think 2 didn’t have something missing/wrong on the order. This single location has made me basically give up on Chipotle.

Our overall experience is just eh. Unfortunately the consistency of the line staff is iffy at best. Tried the new carne asada today and it was way overcooked. Changes the way the burrito tastes completely. I’m sure if they perfect the cook on the meat it will be just like the rest. At least I’m hopeful. We were acknowledged by the staff with a smile which is always nice. Cleanliness of the restaurant was just not ok. Finding a table without food smeared on it was difficult. The queso is not good. I keep homping for them to perfect it but it’s just not good.

Went for lunch yesterday and it was a complete mess. There were more people working there than I have ever seen before but that didn’t seem to help. The line was super slow, they were running out of food and the place was mess. Dishes were piled up in the back, trash was everywhere, and there were no clean tables. Plenty of people standing around literally doing nothing. We ended up leaving after they told us they were out of several ingredients and the beverage machine was broken. Pretty sure we will make the drive to a different location going forward. This one is going down hill fast and no one seems to care.

From helping me customize my order to ensuring everything was just right, their attention to detail and genuine warmth stood out. Came in last night at approximately 850pm. I asked for fajita veggies for my bowl, they looked behind them at the a dark kitchen and replied – we are out. I assumed oh they must be about to close, only to be told they were open until 10pm. I asked for corn salsa to be added to my bowl and rather than retrieve a new container, they scraped the bottom of the container and I ended up with maybe 10 kernels. My boyfriend asked for chicken and they once again scraped the bottom of the barrel for his entrée. My son asked for cheese and we waited as (finally) someone went to the back and only to have them come back with two small cups filled with cheese. I found this odd since there were several customers behind us in like and it would have made more sense to bring a new container filled with the cheese from the fridge. The cashier was sitting in a chair and gave off a vibe as if we were bothering her by needing her to ring us up. The entire experience felt like they were in a rush to close despite being open another hour and ten minutes. The team could benefit from some additional coaching.
