I used the mobile order option, which is always easy . I pull up and the friendliness was bare but she did say here you go . The drinks were good but I got cold brew and it’s barely any which is sad . However , the drinks and speed of getting my order were good .

I type this as i stand here waiting for my order. Multiple people have been served as walk in and drive through. I ordered mobile app, 10 mins later and i just got my coffee. Still waiting on donuts. She finally asked me what i was waiting on and i had to tell her my donuts. Guess what, out of the donuts i ordered. I wont ever be back to this location. Third time here and third time i had to wait forever and they dont have what i ordered. What a joke.

Most of the Dunkin Donuts locations I visit in North Chesterfield are hit or miss. This location has been operating fairly well since they have hired and trained more staff. On most occasions I can get a good cup of coffee with no problems. I will continue to support this location.

I went in to use the restroom and the vilest filthy language music was playing in the speaker overhead. There was swearing, degrading of Womens body parts etc. Is this what is now considered acceptable or just this location. The lesser problem was they said their frozen coffee machine was broken. No worries as I really didn’t want to support the location with my business.

Husband and I ordered 2 sandwiches and coffees. Both coffees were wrong and they were apparently out of eggs so they just gave us two pieces of bread with cheese in them (???). I ordered decaf and am pretty sure it was regular, which is super frustrating. We threw everything away.

Out of bagels, out of oat milk, ordered two sourdough breakfast sandwiches with sausage, egg and cheese. Received one with bacon egg and cheese then asked for the second sandwich that took about four more minutes and also came with bacon egg and cheese. Took about 12 minutes to get the sandwiches. Someone inside tried to hand me someone else’s order, which I politely refused and told him it was not mine. It was one of the cars behind me that was waiting also. We hit Dunkin up with some frequency especially when traveling and this is probably our worst experience. I’m definitely not over judgmental but this struck me as not efficient and not a good experience.

I guess this is our new norm. Zombie, not friendly, not unfriendly staff. I couldn’t move and shuffle that slow if I tried. Six donuts and one cup of coffee over $15! Ordered a butter pecan donut and was told it was a specialty and would cost extra.

I probably have to echo the thoughts of what other people are saying. This establishment is in need of probably a more alert management. but with staffing supply chain issues it’s unlikely that will happen. The workers often are friendly, but seemingly slow and not attentive. Think of the service you received at Chick-fil-A then think of the opposite
