This location is fuxking terrible. Manager absolutely sucks. She’s horrible. She’s lazy and has an attitude. They don’t answer the phone 8/10 times. I’ve called 4 times in a row. They refuse to answer. The wings aren’t as good as hidden valley Wingstop. This one is ran poorly. They messed up my order and told me to kick rocks. They are lazy and and its the managers fault. She’s horrible. She’s also closed early and won’t take orders. Terrible location and poorly managed.

I ordered pickup from this location by my work, had paid ahead of time due to being a large order. I went to pick it up and the lady at the cash registered asked to see my ID? Which was totally weird. Told her I would have to go to my car and get it. Proceeded to do so and showed her my ID then she asked to see my debit card??? At that point it was ridiculous, I had already paid for my order why does she need to see all of these things. Showed her so I could be on my way back to work, just for the food not to be good. Fries were old, hard and cold and the wings were drenched in so much oil it was swishing around in the container. To top it off while I was getting my drinks, another person came in for an online pickup, didn’t ask her to show her ID or Debit card! Why was I asked but not her?

Very little ketchup is given to you and when ask for ranch you have to pay extra even though you order a meal. I order three meals but because the wings were on special they want to charge extra for the ranch. Or if I want free ranch need it to out a good review for them. Almost $50 spent and no ranch. No thank you.
