The most delicious hunger buster I have ever had. The bread was so moist and all the veggies were fresh. I also had the chocolate brownie royal blizzard which was superb! I did not see the $6 value menu posted as I saw online.

They have changed their soft serve recipe and it is disgusting. It taste like eating frozen ice. They said they got this order or should say batch of cream in and they don’t know when they’ll get back their original soft serve! So I need to find another Dairy Queen. Their hamburgers haven’t been up to par in years.

Really did not had a choice to put a star but if i could i would not have put any, first and all I want to say that the food here is good always fresh and hot. But theres this white women with glasses not sure what her name is but she took my order and she was first being nice etc, but when i asked her if i could have some napkins she rolled her eyes, not sure if she was having a bad day but she doesn’t need to treat customers the way she did to me…. other then that this place is good to eat with family.

Hmm, this Dairy Queen was short-staffed. The napkins were only behind the counter so I had to ask for them. I ordered a blizzard (and that was on the receipt), but they made me a sundae. The towels were out in the men’s bathroom. The floor was very sticky where you need to order.

I don’t frequent Dairy Queen as I use to but this was not the normal DQ quality of soft serve ice cream. It was Cold ICE MILK . My sundae matched the service. Undesirable. I had to ask for napkins when I saw the container overflowing. My husband is to blame because he said when I got home, I FORGOT TO WARN YOU about the poor service there. 🙁

Definitely disappointed! Walked inside to order my food and not one staff member greeted me. These days that’s expected because customer service is horrible so that’s not even the reason for my complaint. Finally a lady asked what we wanted however NO MENU was displayed on the screen. So we asked where is the menu at and her response was “my manager hasn’t put it up yet”…. So I’m looking like how am I suppose to order… I had to turn around and leave because clearly they didn’t have it together!

This used to be my go to DQ location. After the remodel I’ve had several underwhelming experiences. My normal orders are the desserts. On my last visit I asked for minimal chocolate syrup in my blizzard. I find that various locations prepare the dessert differently. The associate taking my order responded curtly “we don’t add chocolate syrup to the blizzards!” Even if that was the case at this location that response lacked customer awareness. When the blizzard was presented it had a lid on it. I didn’t request a lid and I wanted to see them flip it like is custom at the Dallas-Hampton , Red Oak and Duncanville locations. After removing the lid I saw why. It was 3/4 filled. I’ll just drive to Red Oak next time I want a blizzard.

Do yourself a favor and skip this DQ and drive to the other one, no matter how far! This place used to be so good back in the late 90’s too! First off, door had a sign on it that said “We Are Open, Pull Hard”! Should have known then, this was gonna be bad. Walked in, place had about 5 tables in a BIG space spread out like they were still following COVID protocols. None of the TV menu boards were working at all, just blackness. Place was dirty, and stunk. After placing my order, and pulling my phone out to get my coupon code off the app the chick let’s me know that “they are a franchise, and do not accept anything off the app”. Turned around and walked right out. This right here is why I can’t stand franchise restaurants. They always make their own rules, and sometimes prices too. Quit visiting this place and let it close up PERMANENTLY! There’s a reason they’ve got a 3.1 on Google. ✌️
