The crust was thinner than other locations. I didn’t request a thin crust pizza. I placed my order at the counter at 10:05, and the guy that took my order told me that they only make “hot and ready” pizzas after 10p.m. if they close at 11. I found that hard to believe because you’re still able to make a portal order. I didn’t make a portal order after he told me this because he would’ve known it was mine, and I didn’t want to spark any kind of possible retaliation.

I am so sick of how rude employees are now and how customer service just doesn’t exist anymore. I walked in at 10:20PM and asked for a Hot-N-Ready pizza and crazy bread. The cashier told me they close in 40 minutes and they are no longer making pizza’s. I said “so you’re telling me you won’t make me a pizza even though you’re “supposed to be” open for another 40 minutes”? He actually refused to make me a pizza (it only takes 8 minutes for the pizza to cook). I can’t believe how rude and lazy workers are these days, and the sad thing is, even if I did talk to management, according to other reviews I just read, he would’ve treated me just as bad as his employee.

It’s a little Caesars you get what you expect. They do solidly well at this location I haven’t had any issues. The only slight criticism I have for them is consistency in the volume of sauce for pizzas. Sometimes it’s perfect others it’s way too much. Minor gripe all things considered.

This was the worst experience I have ever received. Nathaniel the manger, yelled at me when I called to explain I didn’t get what I ordered. I paid for double extra cheese on the bread, does this look like that? I also ordered, light light sauce, and extra cheese yet you see the sauce. And this is not extra cheese. They couldn’t even find my pizza that I ordered ( call a headed) oh yeah and it was cash only orders. How does a manager yell at you when you don’t get what you want? What you paid for? I come here once a week, and for birthday party’s, I will never be back. What a horrible response.

They’ve been hit and miss in the past but I hoped the latest reviews were wrong. Unfortunately they were not. Crazy bread had almost no butter nor cheese. Ended up throwing away much of it. Guess I will have to just drive down to South Canton to the one of Michigan Ave which is awesome.

Got home from Nashville around 7:30 PM on 2-23-23 and decided to grab a couple of hot ‘n’ ready on the way home. Was told that they were only doing online orders, due to the storm, and their computers crashed. Huh, computer crashed/online???? What does a computer crash have anything to do with hot ‘n’ ready???? WILL NOT waste my time patronizing this location in the future.

If it were possible for me to rate this Little Caesars as a NEGATIVE 10 Star, I would!!! I had an absolutely HORRIFIC experience. The so called Hot & Ready Pizza that I purchased was BURNT and dried from being in the warmer for an extended period. When I requested a fresh replacement, I was denied and told that I had to accept the next pizza from the warmer even though they had fresh pies coming out of the oven right at that time. They refused to honor my request, and I was forced to demand a refund. The “manager” was just as horrible to deal with as the counter clerk. Worst Little Caesars experience EVER!! Horrible Pizza with even worse LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never purchase ANYTHING from this store!!!

Worst experience I have ever received with a Manager Nathaniel. My wife ordered a pizza and was not told on the phone it was cash only at the time of placing the order. When she got to the store before being greeted the manager Nathaniel yelled out I quote “ Just so you know its cash only and any jot and readys will be 20 minutes”. Without even saying hello or greeting the customer? What kind of managers does Little Cesar train? Then was told that the order wasnt even up and it would be 20 minutes. Truly truly terrible experience with this location. Had a couple of times that they did “cash only orders” now. This is not the first time this has happened. Does Little Cesars IT not even have a UPS for the credit cards/internet equipment and infrastructure to keep the business going for minor power outages? I used to be a manager of a KFC and caught managers stealing all the time when they did “cash only orders”. Little cesars needs to investigate this immediately.

Little Caesars is always a lifesaver when it comes to my five kids over the years. From robotics competitions, soccer games, band rehearsals, study sessions and I just dont wanna cook again tonight times. You can count on LC pizza for consistant goodness without ripping a hole in your pocket. Plus, we all love it. No complaints except, I wish they still had the big salads that they used to have. In any rate, will get wings and a bunch of pizzas for Halloween like we have for the past couple of decades. The Best.
