I’ll be honest, this was my first experience at BW’s. Hear about it all the time but had to finally experience it for myself. Walked in to a darken oversized pub. Noticed they have TV’s everywhere, covering all sports service was great. Everyone there was great and helpful. Service was slightly lagging but the food was worth the wait. Drinks were well priced and they were on the ball. With their wings, tons of flavors and heat levels to pick from. Their burgers very flavorful with not too much bread. You can actually taste the burgers. I will definitely be back. Lots to choose from so you can change it around after each visit.

Bathrooms were a bit messy, but it was towards the end of the day. Some projectors need cleaning or focus. Food was good. Some of the wings were a bit spicy. Bar type experience throughout. Brought the family and we were not feeling the vibes. Great place to hang out. Another plus is that they are open late. They accommodated us by switching out close to 16 wings that thee people in the party were not satisfied with. Really nice outside. Seems like its a big business area. Loud music and many screens. Open late on weekdays.

Family there celebrating a birthday. I gave only one star because of the poor customer service particularly with the cooks (kitchen). I ordered the All American Cheeseburger (almost $20) – when it was served to me the bun was super hard and the fries room temperature. I informed the waiter about the bun and he took the whole dish back to the kitchen. When he returned with my food, it was the same exact plate (cold fries with the ketchup on it) and the only thing different was the bun. UNBELIEVABLE! Why would you only change the bun and not cook/prepare a whole fresh meal? So now the fries are super good and the meat/cheese is cold too. This was my first and last time ordering a burger. My date ordered 6 traditional wings and onion rings (some was soggy). They served him like 10 wings (he thought they made a mistake) so he proceeded to eat his dinner. When the bill came out they charged him for 12 wings (almost $20). He brought it to the attention of the waiter and he admitted that he made a mistake but they (manager) still made him pay the price on the bill. This was very poor customer service (kitchen/cook, waiter and manager)and they should be ashamed of themselves. Spent over $45 (with tax) smh.

Food was good. Not particularly amazing. Given the cost of eating out these days, the food has to be well above average for me to want to eat out. The service was a step below ok. Not awful by any means. But I expect refills on the drinks, which I didn’t get. The server was barely attentive, but again, not the worst server I had. There were also very long wait times. I mostly went for the atmosphere to watch a game. The projected screen I was sitting in front of was quite blurry. Kinda looked like a replay of a game from the ’80s. I don’t need to go back. Will likely go to a different spot to watch a game, but would go again if someone dragged me to this location.

To be honest with you I guess since the pandemic they downgraded quite a bit I know they’re working on it but they still need to work on it a little bit more the portions are small it’s pricey but their wings their wings are good and so are the onion rings I love their onion rings The Waitresses are awesome they just they’re very short stuff the floor was dirty the tables were dirty everything was dirty the restroom was dirty and the food was okay not like before but you guys are getting there keep working on it so your customers can come back

Terrible management! I have nothing to say about the server he was nice and I felt bad for him because it’s not his fault this place sucks. Went with a party of 12 for my nephews 17th birthday and only half of us received our food an hour later. Than 2 hours later they tried to bring our other half of our order while my smallest son never received his food till we were fed up and were ready to leave. Whoever is managing this restaurant you are doing a poor job. Why didn’t we receive our food in order and it was sad how our server had to go to the kitchen his self and make the food after waiting 2 and a half hours for it seemed like they forgot about our order because multiple times the server had to confirm what we were missing. We ended up paying for what the kids ate and removed the food we received 3 hours later. This place is too over priced and taste like garbage I will not be returning ever again. Please get it together management. They must have been in the back watching the laker game because seemed like there was no hospitality from any manager.

Horrible restaurant/bar. Do not go here if you want to avoid disappointment. Ate here for a birthday with a party of 11 and it was a disappointing experience. We ordered our food at 530 and only half the food came out at 630. We didn’t receive our second part of the order and were told by the waiter he was waiting on the food to be prepared. We waited until 700 and he notified us he didn’t have the food and he needed to retake the order for missing food. He apologizes and explains he will have it made immediately. He returns 30 min later claiming he had to make the food himself and he made the wrong wings even though he took the order directly. At 730 we decided this place is a joke and decided to leave. Before we left we reviewed the receipt so we pay only for food served and we noticed an extra 15 piece wing and other food we never ordered. They tried to charge our party for food we never ordered. We had to inform them of their mistakes and if we didn’t review the receipt thoroughly we would have been over charged.

Our evening at the restaurant started out decent, we were seated promptly, our drink order was taken and received quickly, although they were out of several beers on tap she gave us a hand written piece of paper and said “we don’t have those ones”when asked what they do have she said “all except those, its to many for me to remember”. We received our appetizers right away and they were hot, but when our meals came out, everything was great except the fries were cold and hard, we simply pointed it out to our server,Lyzbeth and it went down hill from there. She was mad that we wanted fresh fries, when we asked for salsa that didn’t arrive with our tacos she came out with a big oversized bowl and rudely plopped it on the table. When we asked for a couple of to go boxes she went to the drink area for several minutes talking with another employee. The manager in charge was less than apologetic, making excuses for her behavior. Worst service I’ve ever experienced and spent over $200 on our visit. Only the second time that I didn’t leave someone a tip. I actually left more petty details about Lyzbeth’s behavior out of this way to long of a rant.

I just walked out of this place and I will never go back. Walking in I instantly noticed this place smells. The floors are literally covered in messes that were clearly never cleaned up. Tons of employees were there so it wasn’t as if they were too short staffed to clean, but they were just standing around talking to each other. The supervisor/manager was walking around the restaurant passing out Starbucks to employees on the clock which is one of the weirdest things I’ve seen. The bathrooms were filthy. I was there between 1 and 2pm so it’s not like they had been open for a long time and too slammed to keep it clean. Finally our food was cold. Not less than hot but so cold that our cheese wasn’t even melted in our mozzarella sticks. Gross.
