I normally save my reviews for the good ones, however I don’t perceive waiting in a 20+ minute line every time I stop or items being missing on every order “good service”. When I inquired whether I could speak to a manager, I was told there wasn’t one on duty and that they were going through staffing issues. Meanwhile there was a team of teenaged girls playing on their phones, and one drinking a beverage in plain sight. Seems like that these “staffing issues” have been happening since day 1, unfortunately.

Normally I don’t like to leave bad reviews but since this has happened to me twice now, I feel it needs shared. A couple weeks ago I placed a mobile order for the chocolate caramel donut along with other drinks/donuts. They gave me everything and after leaving I noticed they didn’t give me my chocolate caramel donut. I would appreciate it if I was told you guys were sold out of my donut and offer me something else rather than letting me leave cheated out of my money. Then, last Friday my boyfriend and I stopped there in the evening and I ordered an Apple fritter and a bagel+2coffees. They proceeded to give me the coffees and bagel, but not the apple fritter and didn’t say anything. It wasn’t until after my boyfriend had gone back to the drive thru again that the girl had finally said “oh yeah we were all out of the Apple fritter”. Okay, so you couldn’t tell us and offer us something else being that I PAID for it? The workers here need to be trained in customer service better.

This used to be the best dunkin in the area. In the last month I have had so many bad experiences with rude employees and people getting orders wrong/not understanding how to use the Dunkin app. Really disappointing since they used to be so awesome. I will say it seems like if you go during the week before 11:30 or so, you have a better chance of being treated nicely.

It’s a busy store. The drive through line moves well, but it’s frequently in the road and blocks parking spaces. The flimsy boxes are slick, they don’t stack well and they pop open when you’re carrying them.

i stopped here at 5:30am, only person in the store. Gave my order, thought it was understood, then excused myself to use the restroom before getting on the road again. When I finally got home and went to pass out the donuts, my order was all wrong, and mind you, there were only 2 different kinds of donuts. Frustrating. That said the girl was super nice, and the donuts that i did get were good and fresh, and the store was very clean.

As I walked up the staff was talking how they hate all Americans so I ask y they would say that they responded that they were all rude!!! i was really disappointed to hear a group of young teens who live in the best country on the planet say something so terrible I might add they must have a lot of foreign customers because there tip jar was full

Ordered pickup for drive thru. The man at the speaker was very nice however the woman at the window was very short with me. Also didn’t realize until I left that they didn’t give me the orange juice I ordered. This is the 4th time that they have forgotten something both just drive through orders and online. Not really sure how hard it is to read a screen.
