Rude…. Go somewhere else. I tried to try Wendy’s breakfast for the first time because I heard it was good. I pull up and asled about the breakfast menu the women tell me rudely I near got a chance to turn it around. Cool so I pull it up on my phone. She didn’t try to get someone to come turn it or anything. I order she rudely tell me she out of biscuits. Well what are my options. I ordered something else and was trying to continue to order my kids something she rushing me. Well dang can I finish. The way she told me to drive around was so rude I drove off. I’m not buying food from hateful people. If you don’t like your job go home and find another one. Who ever the owner is need to fire all of them and find a new team of people. Sadly this look like one of the manager from the shirt she had on. You not that busy bc it was literally one car before me and nobody behind me. Fast food places have to do better with hiring anyone.

In a lapse of judgement, I stopped and grabbed a bite. As per usual, food was cold. It’s really on me though, have been in this area for years and its common knowledge to not go to this Wendy’s. Never have I gotten good food from here. Only stopped because it was convenient at the time.

This location needs some help. They are ridiculously slow & always out of something. No salads, no cookies, no frosty… where is management? I decided to not put myself through the disappointment anymore & just stop going here. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because my fries were hot! (But salty as hell..) Only half the salad I got was any good. Most of the apples were mushy & the lettuce was soggy. Threw half of it away.

Literally, the slowest Drive-thru in all of Louisiana. I believe a turtle could make my food faster. Every time, you pull up to the microphone to order they always, without failure, ask for you to wait. Which wouldn’t be a problem if it was every now and again but it’s every single time. A district manager or something needs to whip this place into shape. The workers are lazy and rude as hell. I can’t tell you how many times I drove away cause they take forever. If there’s a line just leave and go to Chik-Fil-A. It usually takes half an hour to get your food if there is a line. I’m surprised the place is still open.

I am starting to hate coming here mostly because every time I go into the drive thru, the lady is rude and they rarely tell you the price of your food and never hand you a receipt. Yesterday, when I was making my order every time I listed an item, she would go “anything else?” (It was only 3 items, btw) rushing me when she took several minutes to even talk to me. I understand places are understaffed, but at least be courteous and respectful of customers. Kindness can go a long way.

I worked in food service so it takes a lot for me to complain. The person working at the window today, Sunday May 28th at 9 pm argued with me for a few minutes saying they cant add a slice of cheese on my hamburger patty because its bunless? Like what? Found that laughable. Didnt give me my change until I asked … couldn’t even print my receipt. Laughably bad service. You can make a cheese burger easily but not a patty with cheese?

It is a downright shame what has happened to this place, a couple of months ago the people working in the morning were absolutely wonderful, the food was good but the people were even Better. But something has happened and none of those people are there anymore and the food is absolutely Horrible. In the past 4 weeks it has gone down the tubes into the gutter, ending in to this Morning I was served a sausage biscuit which was completely not edible. As bad as it is if it keeps going the way it has for the last 4 weeks they will have to close their doors very soon sorry to see it go it was really good awhile back

Rarely go to this location because customer service is AWFUL. First the lady working drive thru kept saying “Anything else Ma’am” with an attitude. After I got done ordering my 4 items I proceeded to the window. Again more attitude, minutes on minutes later I receive my food just to find the fries in the biggie bags are shriveled up and overcooked. I go inside and request for fresh fries, while two of the employees with very low customer service skills ask “ What that lady want”. They take the fries originally given to me, go around the corner and rebag the SAME FRIES!!! I’m a business owner and decided to go ahead and let it be. I walked out and trashed the fries. I did try and call the location but conveniently phone line not available. I’m not sure who the manager is or the franchise owner is but the service is appalling, I’m shocked that when a customer is polite and request for fresh fries you have the utter audacity to give me the same fries. I’m sorry you are miserable human beings and walk through life with an attitude. Maybe take some courses on etiquette and learn to treat others nicely. Management needs to hire quality people.
