yeah, it’s chain pizza, but it doesn’t get any better for chain pizza than the staff at the Wayne Domino’s. the customer service is second to none. the food is always hot and fresh and made with quality in mind. Aiden is an awesome manager and i hope his replacement is just as good when he inevitably gets promoted to the next level. so happy to have this place as my local Domino’s. they literally never disappoint. you can tell they care about quality and it really shows.

So I called and placed my order at 9:00 pm. 2 pasta bowls for $25.00 which you’d think they’d be family size for the price. Realized they weren’t. Called and canceled my order literally at 9:11pm. Worker said that’s fine we’ll cancel and your refund will take 24 hours.. I said okay thank you. 9:45 a driver pulls up I go outside and say “ I’m sorry I canceled the order over 30 minutes ago”! He said they didn’t tell me so you can still have it. I said will I still get my refund he said yea it’s not my fault or yours. I said uhhhhh ok…. Very confused. Called and they said okay we will cancel it I said I tried telling the driver and the guy on the phone who I was told is the manager said I’m not sure why your getting so worked up over this I’m canceling it what’s the problem…. And I really wasn’t being rude I was just trying to tell him what happened…. Ridiculous….. won’t be ordering again….. The driver was super nice and super professional…. But the “manager “. Absolutely not…..

I rarely order but when I do experience and food is always well. However without a doubt they never give me dipping cups, and it’s annoying!! Not only the one included in the Parmesan bites but the extra I pay for. It’s giving Mc Donald’s vibes. Like you know what comes with sauces shouldn’t have to double check or ask for it.

I ordered from the Wayne location last night at 10pm. I placed a order for 2 large pizzas and 2 drinks with the supervisor Katt. She informed me that the driver would call me if it was a issue with finding my location. After waiting a 1hr, I called and she informed me the driver less then a minute away. 10mins passed, I called again and see what the issue was. Some how the wrong address was noted down which I know I mentioned the correct location. While on the phone around 11:15pm I gave her the correct address again and she said it would be here 20mins cause they had to switch drivers. Still waiting no pizza arrived. 11:40 I called back to get a update and see said my pizza was never sent out. I was charged $40 for a pizza I never received and still have yet to get my money back.

The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient in taking my order, making the whole process a breeze. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. What I found particularly endearing was the presence of photos of the chain’s founder, Tom Monaghan, on the walls. It gave the restaurant a warm and homey feel, and really made the experience that much more enjoyable.
