I enjoyed the iced coffee the barista was attentive and kind. Unfortunately the other two workers were very vocal in their complaints about not getting their tips. It was very irritating. I wish I knew the names of the two girls so I could report them accurately. If corporate asks for more specifics I will relay what information I have available. I wish workers would keep to themselves about the personal problems. I understand work can be stressful, but they were so obnoxious loud, I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

The closing workers are amazing. Went last night through drive thru. The woman who took my order had Amazing customer service skills. She was very polite and asked me how I was and told me to have a great night and drive safe. I got an iced latte and it was made perfect. If I could give 10 out of 10 would.

Have to be honest. To get a correct coffee here, it all depends on who’s working. Got a iced macchiato #883 and it was pure milk though it all. Defintely needs better management. Come on, you guys can do better!

Time & Time again with a 10 minute head start I arrived at this Dunkin & again order was wrong. I ordered 2 coffees this morning made the same way & from the window could see they looked completely different. No time to wait for another (they offered when I asked in their defense) but why offer order ahead. After gifting them $15 the last 3 days I will never go here again

I get Dunkin regularly and this is the worst location I’ve ever gone to. The first food order I received was completely wrong but I thought it might just be a bad day. Every time I have been back it has just gotten increasingly worse. Tried to order a few sandwiches in the drive through and they didn’t put half of them on our order and when we requested them at the pick up window we were told to get back online for the order. The SECOND TIME around the drive through the sandwiches still weren’t correct. The employees have trouble knowing types of bagels and donuts or just don’t care they are giving us the wrong orders. It’s worth it to drive a few minutes farther for food that is actually what you order.

They fill the cup up all the way with ice so you get less coffee. And than when the ice melts coffee is watered down. Apparently the workers don’t know how to listen to what the customer said. Cause a customer repeated a simple order 6 times. Dude come on. It’s so dead here. And the eggs are not fresh they come on a truck frozen and they thaw them out.
