I got a #15 Club Tuna unwich and a #11 sandwich and paid around 20 dollars for both sandwiches to be wrong. The unwich tuna club didn’t come with the cheese and the #11 only had ham and lettuce on it (I asked for no tom/mayo) but no turkey and cheese. I get they were busy but that was a lot of money to basically get subs instead of clubs. The girl who was on the line making the sandwiches seemed rushed and annoyed the entire time. There was no answer on the phone the first time I called. The second time I called, I spoke to a manager who said she had been the girl on the line making the sandwiches. She still appeared rushed and annoyed and kept cutting me off to say it had been a lunch rush when I tried to explain before asking me what I wanted her to do. Listen, I understand lunch rushes and I understand how busy things can get but I paid basically 10 dollars per sandwich for them both to be missing a lot of ingredients. The manager came off very unprofessional and it was really offputting. I will say she did refund my entire order which was appreicated but I likely won’t be back.

This place used to be good and “freaky fast”everyone was happy and energetic, but this place was a nightmare!!! I was inside the shop and everyone is super unprofessional, 2 of the employees were arguing… ARGUING!!! with each other in front of us customers which was a full lobby because of the lunch rush. I was ready to ask for a refund because it made me fell uncomfortable and angry and I looked around and everyone had an uncomfortable look on their faces! The employees were very unprofessional and did not go a good job. When I was waiting for my wrap there were 3 people including myself had issues with their orders one guy requested no tomatoes and clearly he got tomatoes because he came back for a new sandwich, the next person was called they didn’t have his pickle which eventually he got, and I had something missing from my order as well. I will not be coming back to this location. And I have the food a 1 star because I haven’t had a chance to eat the food I paid for because by the time I got my food my lunch break was over so I had to rush back to work.. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE UNTIL THEY UPGRADE THEIR STAFF OR MANGER.

Kudos to Sodo Jimmy John’s. My company decided pretty much last minute to have Jimmy John’s for lunch for our people. Sodo Jimmy John’s stepped up, and even though they had to make a lot more bread, our people enjoyed a delicious lunch. They could have told us to go somewhere else but they made the extra effort during their busiest time to accommodate us. We ought not dismiss this exceptional and all to uncommon professionalism. Thanks Jimmy John’s Sodo Seattle for a great lunch!

My wife and I have been to this Jimmy Johns two and a half times. The first two times we were met with very rude employees. I say two and a half because the third attempt we walked in and no one was up front. After about 3 or 4 minutes a guy walked up to the counter with stuff on his face and then wiped whatever was on his face off on the counter. He looked under the influence. He then said o let me go wash my hands and walked away. My wife and I were disgusted and walked out. Im not sure how this location stays open. The atmosphere in there is horrible, poor lighting and the staff there seems to hate their jobs. We will never be coming back to this location again. This was Saturday evening 5/13.

I tried calling because I found hair in my sandwich and they kept picking up then hanging up the phone after the third time I called the lady said stop fucing calling here I finally got ahold of one of the employees and they said there managers name was brandy and she’s a drug addict one of the worst places within the franchise I’m going to get ahold of corporate for this one wow

It was my first time in jimmy jones, I had ordered number 8, which was roast beef and ham. And I am not American to know that Dijon is the mustard. Since my childhood the mustard hasn’t been what I like. When I told that to them, I got no response. Shortly, the service was terrible, who knows maybe it was only there, but it was my first experience with this restaurant. And by the way, subway or any other places which provides sandwiches are way better. Just my own opinion. Thanks.
