The burger was good. But not worth the wait. They have a shake shack service set up, accept the cooks couldn’t keep up and during the 20 minutes I waited for 2 people in front of me to order, the cook came up and OUT LOUD told the cashier to “slow down, to not rush the kitchen” “ I would rather have them be mad because they can’t order…!” Like, a counter is 3 ft wide and I am standing there waiting and waiting to order. The manager came out the back for like 2 minutes of the 20+ I waited to order and 20+ minutes for food I waited for. But that was just for change, he was back in without helping his staff at all. So I can see where the overall service and tone is set. Again, the burger was good. And I never complain on here, I think this is a first. But as someone who frequents Ridge Hill and recommends it to friends, I would be embarrassed if I sent someone here. The mall deserves better. The burger was good tho…

Spent an embarassing high price of $105 on below mediocre food. The burgers were slightly cold when served and bland. There appeared to be only 3 people working and wait times were ridiculous. They completely forgot about the milkshakes we ordered and after another long wait we received very watered down flavorless milkshakes one of which wasn’t even the correct order.

Ordered burger and fries today at lunchtime….fries missing. Ordered 2 kids meals….only one fries arrived….missing other order of fries. 2 kids drinks missing. Called store…manager comes in at 3-4…requested a return call. Who checks these orders before they go out? Meal ruined…half arrived, half didn’t. Let’s see how the manager handles this….will update later.

We gave this Elevation Burger location a shot two times recently. Both times, we had to wait 45 minutes or longer for our food after ordering. Out of 4 staff, it seemed like only one person was making food. The others were milling around listlessly, even performing silly tasks like closing down parts of the dining room, while people were still in line waiting for their orders to be taken. Staff were in no hurry to provide any service. Are they perpetual new hires? It’s too bad, because I think the ingredients here are pretty decent. Nobody should have to wait even half this long for their meal at a burger joint.

Horrible place to eat food took over 40 min to make and they got the order wrong. Forgot my kids meal completely. Heath code violation they don’t change their glove while dealing with different food. They cook the impossible burger in the same grill as a burger defeat the purpose of no meat. No manager in store and no one to supervise the employees say we have to call managers for refund. Very nasty, bad service No customer support at all. Don’t recommend this place at all.
