Even though we usually like Burger King ok….tonight was not good. Food was mostly cold & some felt like had been sitting there a while. I only was able to eat about a 1/3 of my sandwich as just not good….chicken was kind of rubbery, mayo was old(not sure was good) lettus was bad or wilted. The onion rings I got weren’t cooked very well & not very crispy…kind of soggy. My husband said his meal was cold. Then he couldn’t even drink his large Dr Pepper as it had ice in it (which had been ordered without) & we don’t think it was even a Dr Pepper… If it was it maybe was a watered down diet one but was not good. Only good thing we had was my drink as tasted ok but had ice in it even though had ordered it without & was a little watery. So not a very good experience & probably won’t be back for awhile. I will say the manager who usually is on top of things & has her staff moving I don’t think was there as didn’t see her (she’s always is there) & service was slow!

This location is wildly inconsistent. They seem to turn over staff at an alarmingly high rate (maybe they mistreat their employees? I’m not sure), they regularly are out of stock of items, and have recently made the decision to not do mobile orders anymore. The deals offered in the app were the only reason for me to even bother, and as such I’ve gone from ordering 2-3 times a week to none. I reckon it’s something to do with the owner, as well, as it seems these issues only extend to the ones that THEY own in the area, not all BKs.

Employees absolutely refused to serve me because I didn’t want to use kiosk. Then got an attitude and started calling me names. Absolutely worst service ever. Besides that the bathroom was nasty, so much urine on the floor that I nearly slipped and fell when entering. As long as you’re ok with ordering an item plain but receiving the item not plain. This is the place to go. And I mean every single time. At least they’re consistent, I suppose. I’ve literally got to the point I’ll check my order b4 pulling off. Unfortunately I did an online order and was not there to check order in person. So no mayo and no ketchup means douse it . Glad I wasted 10$ on 1 sandwich. My dog really enjoyed it though that’s why I gave 2 stars instead of one.
