Our experience the past couple times at this chick fil a have not been great. It’s extremely crowded. Which is understandable because their food is so good! However, we have waited over a half an hour in line just to order our food. And then waited 20 minuets for our food to come out to us. This is a mess. This is not fast food. This time my friend and I sat down at a table and ordered off our phones. We got our food slightly faster but the order line is such a mess. People are leaving because the line isn’t moving. We prefer the one over in South Bend. Their staff is much nicer and they do a great job of getting large amounts of people through the line!

Well usually this is a fun time for us visiting Chick-fil-A, I got to say our last visit was less impressive. The fries were undercooked and floppy, not the crispy delicious fries I’m used to. We asked for Chick-fil-A sauce with our meal and didn’t receive any. Had to go up and ask at the counter in order to get some. The restaurant was really busy so I guess there is an excuse for it. All that being said we will be back, we love Chick-fil-A.

As I explained to the manager, we came in this weekend for lunch. My daughter and I ordered 8 piece chicken nuggets and a drink each and my son ordered a meal. I paid $30+ for our food. We received 2 orders of fries we didn’t order or want. I mentioned that the cashier needed to place the exact order for the customer and never assume they want the meal. I paid for food I didn’t order. Pretty plain and simple. If we return I’ll make sure to do the cashier’s job and expect a paycheck with my food order. Smh
