I like Chick-fil-A, I eat there often enough. The servers are nice but the quality of food/service has decreased. The other night I stopped by & ordered a large waffle fry & chocolate chunk cookie (OMG the cookie was so good!). The waffle fry, not so much. The first 3 or 4 at the top were good but the rest were naughty bits of waffle fries (see photo attached) that filled the container.

I have been ordering no-salt fries as long as I’ve been coming to this location and no one has ever said that this store cannot do that. So basically you’re telling me that every time I’ve come here I’ve been receiving salt on my fries even though I asked for no salt specifically due to a dietary restriction. Wow!! Thanks Chic Fil A

Slowest Chic Fil A I have ever been in. Do not do dine in or walk in carry outs. They prioritize the drive thru and no one helps the dining room customers. The employees there were extremely slow and acted annoyed we were inside. We waited over 20 minutes for our 3 biscuits with only 2 others in the dining room.

I preordered my lunch order- everything was seamless until I went to open up the nugget box and it was hash browns instead of nuggets. I immediately went to the app to try to report that something was missing, BUT the only option is to call the store. After calling the store nearly 15 times I gave up as there was NEVER an answer. There needs to be a better communication system in place for events like this.

Very nice Chick-fil-A. The employees were very friendly and made sure each customer was 100% satisfied. The front of the restaurant was very nice and clean. I visited the restroom while there and it was also nice and clean. The toilet paper and paper towels were stocked. One thing I love about Chick-fil-A is that no matter what location you go into they are always friendly and clean!

Company ordered food Door Dash and food was picked up by another driver after waiting for an hour and still no food and now they are not answering the phone I definitely expected better service then this from this company.

Pros: Emily, our cashier, was enthusiastic, patient and knowledgeable about the menu items available. She would likely be great in a leadership position. My food was served quickly, hot, and tasted great. The location felt like a safe place.

Food and service at CFAs are still good but so many are oddly carving up their dining areas to better accommodate delivery service. This one was particularly troublesome as it takes away about a third of the approach to the front counter.
