My experience here today was not good! Every time I come here I get totally irritated because of the bad service. For example, when I get my order *they NEVER stay long enough to check the order to see if it’s missing anything. I waited so long because of that when all they have to do is be curtious and check! They just handed my bag really fast and didn’t even thank me. Well, it took me along time to get someone, because my 3 drinks were missing! *Attention to manager: Retrain the staff! Actually, I blame the manager 1st because it’s under his/her supervision to begin with!

I had to check in like 3 times before someone actually worked on it. Super duper slow for a “fast food” place. Service was rude and I felt like I was bothering them. I have never received an accurate order from this location. This time ordered 4 sausage mcmuffins and none had cheese. The time before ordered 2 happy meals and they didn’t put the chocolate milks. Before that ordered 3 sausage mcmuffins and 1 with egg. Got home and no egg mcmuffin. Shame on me for not checking the orders before I got home. Won’t be going back to this location after this last order mistake.

This is what happens when you go to a mcdonalds in a suburban area where the kids that get hired there haven’t worked a day in their life. I ordered an iced coffee, two sausage egg mcmuffins w/ cheese and a hashbrown (very simple order, not rocket science). I was charged and given 4 sandwiches instead of 2, so I had to drive back and walk in to get a refund for the 2 extra. The manager had me give him the extra 2 sandwiches which means they will probably sell the food I’ve touched to someone else. I finally get home and find out there is no egg on my sandwiches. To top it all off, I found this weird rubbery tube in my iced coffee. Working at mcdonalds is not hard. Be better.
