This place is a nice drive through store, and the staff are generally pleasant, but my issue is if a drink isn’t great – because it’s a drive through – by the time you’ve checked your drink you’re probably already on the road and it’s not convenient (or very easy) to circle back and go through the drive through again for a remake. I called customer service for a refund and received the run around and they flat out refused to give me a refund after initially saying they would – they’ve clearly changed being customer service oriented and standing behind the drinks. The drinks are sometimes inconsistent (at any Starbucks store), and they’re expensive. It’s just not worth buying Starbucks anymore if this is their new stance. The phone reps took up so much of my time so they could send store feedback, but simply wouldn’t refund me for my beverage – they used to be much better about refunds for bad drinks. With all the options in the area, and local shops, I’m going elsewhere. Nothing against this store, just Starbucks in general.

This location is usually good and the baristas are very friendly to me, but there have been several times when I wonder if they’re even listening to me when I order my drinks. One time I asked for an iced oatmilk latte with extra caramel sauce melted into the drink in lieu of caramel syrup. The barista who took my order seemed extremely confused even though I was very clear about the drink and it’s really not that hard at all to make, you just melt the caramel sauce into the shots. I received an iced oatmilk latte with light caramel drizzle on the top. Also, oddly, this morning I tried to go through their drive-through with several others in front of me in line and they weren’t open (they normally are at the time I went through) but there were no signs posted and so everyone was just waiting confused in line not realizing there was no one even in the store. Their mobile-ordering was still turned on too, thank god I didn’t mobile order this morning…

Really a patio cover or some kind of tables would be better. There is plenty of side street parking and there is rarely anyone at the restaurant north of there. The Wendy’s has several, however, security guards tend to bother some people unnecessarily. The private security team at the Safeway store tend to harass people unnecessarily. Allied Universal. I have had similar experiences in Los Angeles, Dallas and Denver.

Busy store. Which I understand. But the breakfast sandwich I got was almost $6 and it was the only one that had no egg so I ordered it, but one of the ingredients was missing which was kind of important since it was a country breakfast sandwich and it was missing the gravy. And the biscuit was really crumbly and the whole item was disheveled and just kind of not so great. And rather expensive for it to be this way. Subpar, and I just wonder if it’s worth doing if not doing well overall.

Updated review: I now come here before work in the mornings pretty early, so the line isnt an issue but the quality of the drinks made here is beyond subpar. The drinks are ALWAYS made different. I’ve asked why they are different and was told they shouldn’t be different than any other Starbucks and yet they are. The coldbrews never have the foam on top unless you specifically ask I was told, when you don’t have to ask anywhere else. They forget to put ice in it frequently. The literal only reason I come to this location is because it’s on the way to work but I’m probably going to have to go out of my way, to avoid this location from now on. It’s not worth it. Even the pastry is stale which boggles my mind because they’re all prepackaged anyways. Boo! If the staff was nicer I’d probably give 2 stars but its usually the same crew and they seem like they can’t be bothered.

Customer Service Tip – when you’re about to close, especially when closing early, you should put that closed sign in the drive-thru entrance to prevent more cars from entering then serve the remaining people in the line. To sit in that drive-thru for ten minutes only to get to the order screen and hear an automated message that you are closed then wait until the cars ahead of me get their drinks before I can leave is infuriating.
