The food is okay. When I arrived there was a crudely written sign on the door that said they were out of shredded cheese and pinto beans. The girl at the front counter was rude to everyone, to the point that the other staff was annoyed. They close at 10pm and it was 9:20pm. The girl at the register literally rolled her eyes when people walked in. It’s shows incredibly poor management. It’s already hard to access. I came here as an UberEats driver and I will never come here as a customer.

ETA online order pickup for 12:50pm. At 12:51pm I pulled in online pickup line. They were waiting on fajita veggies, advised me to park in 1 of 2 spots in front and would walk out to my car when it was ready. I waited until 1:13pm, checked the app which said order was ready, and pulled back around to the online pickup line (because no one came out). I wait another minute for the order to be handed to me. I get home 10min later, and the order I waited for fajita veggies on doesn’t have them. Plus, I paid extra for guac in the other order and it’s not there either.

Unfortunately based on my experience with this location, honesty is not one of the values they want to display and live by. My wife and I placed an order with Uber Eats a couple of months ago and when the delivery arrived we noticed that not only the overall amount of food was clearly much less than when you purchase the bowl in person but the amount of meat almost zero. We thought that a mistake had been made and decided to let it go. Today was place another other this time with Door Dash and one more time the amount of meat was close to zero. We had to literally dig into the bowl with the fork in order to find small pieces here and there. They are clearly ripping customers that are using delivery services because we can’t go and complain face to face. Talk about a dishonest way to save up some money and hope that customers will just let it go. It’s no coincidence that this location only has 2 stars. Such a name like Chipotle should step up and make sure that locations like this one doesn’t stain the name and reputation of a good company. I will never be buying from this location again and will tell everyone I know to stay clear from it as well.

We understood the 2.5 stars when we left. There was a young guy cleaning the glass windows covering the food. He sprayed the cleaner across the food and it squirted all onto the food nearest to it. My husband and I were kind of shocked as to how much got into the food and just right in front of a line of customers ordering food with no care. My husband said “hey man that cleaner is getting into the food” and the guy rolled his eyes and mumbled under his breath something. He walked over and was obviously complaining to his manager about us so she came over and finished the orders. It was a very weird and awkward experience and we will definitely not be back.

We ordered lunch for pick-up for about 9 of us in the office. We placed the pick-up order, to which it said the order would be ready in 30 minutes. Knowing it was likely a busy lunch time and we had a large order, I did not get there until about 15 minutes after the point it was stated to be ready. I proceeded to wait 30 add’l minutes in the waiting area before getting the food. The attendant who gave me the food assured me “yes, everything is in the two bags.” So upon arriving back to the office, we quickly discovered 4/9 orders were not in the bags. So after driving all the way back and waiting another 20 minutes, they finally assisted me in getting the four outstanding meals. That said, 9/9 meals had something wrong with them (random sides that weren’t ordered/random toppings in the entrees). Safe to say, this was far and away the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Sad.

The line was long, but they were fast servers. The store was clean and it was cool inside. All employees were helpful and smiling. And ,the food was delicious. I ordered the steak bowl and a bottle drink.

No lie, @Chipotle on Windy Hill off I-75 is putting rotten lettuce in their burritos. I ask buddy “yall got any good, not rotten lettuce”. His response was that’s all they had. Like dude just pull that off the line and tell customers you’re out of lettuce. I don’t think I will go back any time soon. They need to get it together. You can’t sell people rotten food.

The worst chipotle in Georgia for sure. The lady with the tongue ring needs to be fired immediately her attitude and language is ridiculous. I’ve tried to file a report multiple times and can’t she’sgotten into it with multiple customers not just me. Very nasty person

The staff is extremely unprofessional here. This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. About 10 guests Standing outside the door waiting to enter and order their food and the staff had the door locked as Of 11:10 despite telling us the restaurant opened at 10:45. She then came to the locked front door and told all of us they needed 5 more minutes because they were “running late”. It was approximately 85 degrees outside.
