The one star has been developing over the years. First off, I tip drivers, I tip well. I was a driver, too. So last night she said, “80 minutes for delivery.” I say “80 minutes?” She says, “Well maybe not 80 minutes.” I live 5 minutes away… in 20 minutes this mess shows up. I’m still not sure how it has the ingredients I ordered and is room temperature cold, scab cheese. I think I’m done with you, Marco’s. This ain’t the first time. Imagine this pizza, absolutely room temperature… delivered in 15-20 minutes.

This was the worst customer service ever, I am in the hospitality industry as a GM for a local restaurant and I would have never talked to or even allow anyone of my manager’s to talk to a customer like the so-called managers who work for you do. So where do I begin, how about the young unprofessional lady who answered your phone who kept getting rude with me and told me ” you either take the pizza as it is or we will bring it back” even after I already paid for it on line then hung up me. When I first ordered the pizza your website told me it would be here at 6:23pm when I called the 1st time and was on hold for over 7 minutes 25 seconds your employee started to just get rude and rude and rude. Then said in a very unprofessional way that she basically didn’t even care about my order. All I want was to know where my dinner was, I wasn’t looking to hear any type of excuses in such a once again unprofessional manner. Now after she hung up on me the first time I did call back and I did ask her for her name , I really don’t care about her last name just her first name because at this point I was going to call in a complain about her. Your manager in a very rude and unprofessional voice said ” I don’t have to give you my name” she also stated that her sister was the GM and she has told us that we don’t have to give are names. Completely understandable I mean if I was action childishly why would I want anyone to know my name and call in on me. Now the third time I called back I will admit I myself was not very polite I even cursed at her, maybe not my finest moment but after being treated like a piece of dirt by your employee’s I was fired up.. and once again your employee’s/manager’s acted even more horrible to the point that my daughter could hear them. Now comes the good part even your Delivery Driver was rude and sarcastic but at least she gave me her name and title, Jessie a manager. Yes my pizza was cold when we finally got it, it basically tasted like garbage. Crazy but I work in south Knoxville, I deal homeless people, drug addicts and tourist. But my EMP is in the green my Manager’s and Crew act extremely professional even when we are faced with tough times and have customer’s who can be hard to deal with. But l do coach my crew to act like professionals with a over the top customer service attitude, something that I did not experience with your company today. I would expect more from a business in West Knoxville..I really hope that someone of authority contacts me and will make this right. I have always said great things about Marcos and especially this store. I don’t feel like that will ever happen again. Pathetic that a pizza place cannot make 10 medium pizzas in 2 hours. Simple request for a kids birthday party and never would have thought this would be a problem. It wasn’t for the next closest junk pizza in town. I’ve always tried to support this place but when a simple request for a 4 year old’s birthday is that much of a hardship for these lazy folks, I will change what business I support. When we want cheap pizza for delivery or carry out, this has been my go to. But the place has gone downhill. I previously watched one of the women here throw a fit one evening while she was making pizzas, but chalked it up to a bad day. Now I know, she just doesn’t want to make the pizzas at all. Sorry Marcos, some bad apples ruining the game for you in Farragut. Thanks Dominos for accommodating our 12 larges.

This was the worst pizza experience I have ever had. When the food arrived, the box was opened completely. In addition, I had stomach problems for a hour afterwards and I was stuck in the bathroom. The pizza had strange juices all over it and I shouldn’t have eaten the slice I did, but I figured I would try it out. That being said, I will stick with your competition next time. Horrid experience, and I will never eat here again.

Well it has been a few weeks, but I’m still rather upset about my experience here. I ordered through the Marco’s App and it told me delivery would be 30 min or I could pick up in 20 min, so since I’m so close I figured I would pick up. I arrived at the store about 25 min after placing the order to find about 4-5 parties waiting on orders. I made my way to the counter and the employee took my payment. I then proceeded to wait for my order. While waiting the employees in the back were bickering with each other and complaining that they were so backed up. Also complaining about possibly running out of dough. After about 45 minutes going by and several “DoorDash” drivers leaving without orders I decided to ask one of the employees in the back if maybe my order was ready but they forgot to call out the name. She snapped at me and told me they were extremely busy and backed up. She refused to check my order or even come to the counter to talk to me. At this point I decided to ask for a refund and cancel my order. She then proceeded to tell me that she was not able to refund my order because she had not been trained to do so. I decided to cut my losses and left to go get my pizza from another chain.

I called to place a pickup order this evening, and the girl that took my order was unbelievably rude! I had two friends standing next to me, listening to the conversation. They couldn’t believe what they were hearing. When I asked this girl for her name she told me that “she didn’t have to tell me”. Come on Marco’s…you can do better. Let’s try and hire a higher quality of employees. I will not be giving them my money again.

Congratulations Marco’s pizza in farragut at old stage rd. You did something I did not think was possible. You made the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. And delivered it with the worst customer service experience possible. The person working the counter was rude and more interested in arranging the charge receipts than helping anyone. Zero customer service skills. No “welcome into Marco’s how may i help you ” . I got ” name on the order ? We dont have an orer for that name” .. finally they found it under my first name.

Our goto for pizza, my wife and I can never agree on pizza so we’ve ordered pretty much everything, from the Veggie to the Deluxe everything has been delicious. I usually order using the app with good success, also seem to have the best deals when you order online.

What’s going on with Marco’s Farragut!? We’ve always loved their pizza, but I ordered one around 6 p.m. tonight (Sat.) and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I was there in 15 minutes, paid, waited 30 minutes, and asked where it was. They didn’t know but said they would check, so I waited another 30 minutes, asked again and was told several were in front of me. I finally asked for my money back. A woman came to the register, rang up my refund, laid my receipt down and just said “There’s your receipt.” and walked away. The front man tried to apologize, but knew nothing about the orders or when I could expect mine. Others waiting had been waiting longer than I had. Don’t tell customers their order will be ready in 15 minutes when it’s going to be 4 or 5 times that! That was very disappointing, and leaves me not trusting I can believe them!
