I was the only customer to walk in. Every employee was having personal conversations- yelling, cursing and overall inappropriate behavior for any work place in my opinion. Everyone behind the counter was turning to stare and seemed annoyed they had a customer.

After 20 minutes standing in line, the girl tells me that she only accepts cash, that she doesn’t have a credit card system. all this with an unprofessional attitude and her physical appearance is not consistent with a person who provides customer service.

Got a large iced mocha latte… they can’t make anything correctly. All the sugar and etc was at the bottom and only one pump of mocha.. if i wanted a regular or light coffee I would have asked for it to be made that way. If the line wasn’t so long (15 mins) I’d have them make it over.

Just two employees to run a whole store. We came to buy just a half dozen and the girl was so busy on the drive tru. She took more than 10 minutes to take our order. Is this the kind of service we deserve for a couple of donuts?

Worst staff of any store I have ever seen. They act like I am a burden when I ordered. They are short with customers and seem to highly dislike their jobs. Sometimes they get the order completely wrong and then get annoyed that they have to fix it. Worst experience at any restaurant in the area. They chance staff pretty frequently and never get anyone the acts any differently. The place seems cursed. We mostly go in the morning so I am not sure who the 2nd shift acts.

Stopped in for donuts n coffee… and a Dr. Pepper. There was no one in the store….. the employees were discussing who would wait on the counter… meaning us. The young lady who took our order was pleasant n courteous. I think she was frustrated w co-workers as she appeared to have just come to work. No Dr. Pepper. Restroom was clean…. donuts were great. Got a pepper a few doors down.

Ordered on the app at 8:20pm- cool, app and store say they’re open until 9pm. Arrive at 8:35 and there is no answer at the drive through. Ok cool- I go to walk in. The door is locked. There is an employee sitting on the counter engrossed in an iPhone. I am unable to pick up my order. I am unable to dispute the charge because I paid with a gift card. Every time they screw up my order they say “come back another time to get the replacement item for free” which, is just obnoxious. I don’t want to drive here again for another wrong order. I don’t come here every day or every week or even every month. I just want my refund. So anyways, I’m salty but literally this is the lousiest Dunkin’ ever. You never get what you order and there are never refunds.
