I love Cinnabon and for the first time we ordered the mini cinnamon rolls from this pizza hut. They were awful. Sad, cold, NOT FLUFFY AT ALL. Not even a little round. Like the yeast had gone bad or someone took them out of the freezer and didn’t give them time to thaw and then rise before throwing them in the oven. And then just a tiny sad little drizzle of icing. Absolutely inedible.

Unfortunately i was very dissatisfied with my order from Westheimer location. I ordered a Large pizza and two family sized pastas with breadsticks. I ordered the food at 7:27 p.m. and did not receive the food until 9:38 p.m. After My family got the order the entire order was cold and burnt. The pastas had little to no noodles, and they were supposed to be ‘family sized’. We called the store they said they could deliver us a remake of the order. Once again we waited and waited hungry. And finally called at 10:30 p.m. to be informed that they were not going to deliver our food at all. And we had to wait until the next morning. My family went to bed hungry which was very devastating to witness. And I still haven’t received any feedback from their manager on a refund or new order. The burnt order is still sitting in the fridge untouched because the food was way too hard to even eat.

I’ve experienced the worst customer service today. Your online receipt, before payment processes, and track your orders. Are all shown the estimated time your order will be delivered. I placed my order at 1:13pm and receipt mention “order will be right over at 2:10pm”. I received a txt message from the track your order mentioning my order is out for delivery at 2:09pm. The store location is 0.8 miles to where the order is delivered too. I called the store at 2:45pm asking about my order and the time frame it is supposed to be delivered. I spoke with a lady who told me the driver was on the way no apology for the inconvenience. I called back and asked to speak with the manager and the lady I spoke with before said she was the manager. I asked for her name but she continued to ask for verification of my address and said the order was on the way. I asked again for her name she rushed off the phone by saying your order is on the way have a great day and hung up. I called back and was transferred to a contact service for pizza hut. Which wasn’t helpful and I asked for a supervisor number and didn’t receive it nor name. My order arrives at 2:55pm and I receive a bag with red sauce in it from the buffalo wings. The box damaged not knowing who I spoke with nor an apology for the damaged box.

the customer service is terrible. i was left outside in the cold banging on the door and the staff ignored me. finally they let me in and they messed up my order, so i had to bang on the door again to be let in again and have them redo my order. i work in hospitality and i give better service than these people.
