Worst mcdonalds experience ever. Told to pull up to window to order. Cashier was rude and kept talking to coworkers about nonsense but i had to repeat order 4 times. She finally repeats back correct and tells me to go to window 2. Get there and im handed drinks with no straws and asked to park on side for them to bring out. 27 minutes later they bring out the wrong order and no receipt. I ask for receipt and straws told them order wrong was told to go back thru line again. First window says u gotta get that fixed at 2nd window. Window 2 says thats not what u ordered on ur receipt so u have to go around and reorder. Refused to refund money and asst manager was cashiers mother. What a joke. Never again. Awful service and fries were brown

Got everything in the order wrong. Gave me sauce for my nuggets with no nuggets. Told me i have to drive back (20mins) in a hour or they wont honor it. Ridiculous and not that hard to read the order ON THE TICKET and PUT IT IN A BAG!! Waste of $20 to get not ONE thing in the order right.

I am currently sitting here at the drive through window, and have been sitting here for 5 minutes waiting to get my food, while the vehicle in front of me, and the lady at the window, handling the food, hold a long conversation. This is not social hour. As myself, people are trying to get to work!!! Keep it moving. Call each other on the phone. How about that!

Ordered 2 meals didn’t recieve the fries on one. When told of the error instead of fixing it right there was made to go around through the drive thru again and pay for somethimg that was already paid for in the meals. They have been messing up like this for a while now and no actions of correction seem to be taking place. Hope the manager decides to do something about it.

Rushed at the box to order, after 2 frappe ordered she said”Are you finished ?” My husband replied no, we’re hungry too we’d like to order food also . Paying at the window was the smoothest part of this transaction, pulling forward to second window to receive order and declined the sweet tea we didn’t order with our frappe (things happen it’s ok) we receive our order and I check no s&s sauce for my 6 piece, which included a nugget that looked like it was ate off of but to count as one of the six . my husband asks for the sauce and they holler out they put ranch in the bag ?! I didn’t ask for ranch and after checking a second time there is NO ranch in the bag so I repeat that I’d like s&s and get asked for .70 cents ?! I said I’ll give you what .35 cents for one but I said since when do the nuggets not come with one sauce at least ?!

Horrible service tonight!! They had an attitude and said they can only take one order. Then messed up our order. Customer service needs major improvement. Then made us pull back around to get a medium fry that they forget to put in the bag in the first place. Horrible service whoever is the manage or supervisor needs to really do something about the workers tonight. One was a red head woman and the other was a black lady with a oversized hoodie.

I moved to americus 2 years ago and the one thing ive noticed about the mcdonalds there is either 1. everyone there either smells like weed or liquor, or 2. Your order is gonna be so messed up you just get even aggravated knowing if you go back its gonna get screwed up again, dont waste your time, mcdonalds has gone down hill so bad they would rather hire crack heads who complain about not making enough money, than a highschooler looking for their first job.

Update on service after 7:45 p.m. April 22, 2023 we sat in a short line for about 30 minutes for two apple pies that were cold when we finally got them! The person receiving the order could not be understood at all until he said drive around. We were in a position where we couldn’t back out; therefore, we had to stay and follow through. Some who were able to leave the line, left. *The food is normally good. But speed of service needs improvement.

Ordered 2 large frappes and got them a little over half full AFTER the girl dropped the whip cream canister on the floor and didn’t wash it off. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because of the manager. She will take care and address all of your problems and has been very professional in the past. The girl with the wig working the register just has a nasty attitude like she’s lazy. She just don’t care and acts like she’s mad she has to work.
