The customer service is non existing here. The food is terrible, my fries were over cooked. I asked for no onions on my whopper and I had onions. It was absolutely too much mayonnaise on it. It wasn’t hot. It’s a good thing im not allergic to onions or mayonnaise. I went through the drive thru hoping to get a quick bite.. the employee at the window didn’t say anything, handed me my food and shut the window. I called to talk to the manager and he was rude and got smart with me. So, I told him no wonder this store doesn’t have customer service you’re the manager and you don’t know how to talk to customers. He started to yell and get even more of an attitude. The best thing is to avoid this toxic store and go somewhere else. And, I will definitely let the corporate office know.

The employees don’t know the definition of customer service. The health inspector definitely needs to take a trip in there and shut them down. The ceiling is leaking in 3 different places and not a wet floor sign in sight. They have people in there with long hair playing in their hair but no hair net. Then they have a regular employee name Anthony who impersonates the store manager and talks reckless to the customers and threading them because the actual store manager is in her office and don’t wanna be bothered. I just went through at 10:15pm. There are only two employees working. I felt so bad. However, they did an AMAZING job!!! I havent had Burger King taste this good in YEARS. Hats off to them!! They deserve recognition! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Took forever to get food. Water dripping all over due to fact ac isn’t working! Took 30 minutes to get 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 sm fries. REDIDICULOUS!!!

The woman in the drive-through was more worried about her phone, and being on it, rather than making sure the correct food was given, even though I was the only guest at the entire facility at the time. Then when I went back around to the drive-through again and told him the order was wrong they decided to laugh about it. I’ll never be back.

They need to keep on top of things. First of all women’s bathroom was dirty and the stall I happened to go in had no toilet paper We ordered our food proceeded to the drinks and no sweet tea was available, the napkin dispenser was left open. We finally get our food and it was cold so had to reorder. Which was hot the 2nd time around. Other than this the employees were nice. 1st time here and will come back, we play 3 strikes and you’re out..

Where do I begin? Ranking- please note that the only reason for 1 star is because the algorithm won’t accept a review without it. Atmosphere- the restaurant was a disgrace. There wasn’t one clean table. My wife found 2 napkins (the last two available to customers) that she added water to, so we would have a “clean” place to eat. The floor under my feet was smudged black on what once was cream colored tile. Tables had food remnants, crumbled up napkins on the floor, and crumbs on seats. You’re asking, why did we stay? Good question. We were both hungry and hoping the rest of the service would be a huge improvement. Wrong! Service- the staff was slightly cordial but more interested in casual conversation with one another. Their usage of the English language was limited to four letter words. Mostly the “s” word. At one point, a tall gentleman chastised the other staff for working in a dirty environment. One young man suggested that was the difference between having a manager on site and not. How astute of him! My wife shared that food and trash were all over the floor behind the counter. She admitted that had we seen it before he ordered, we would have left. Our concern was not receiving a refund.

I haven’t had Burger King in 2years now in town , the food has been awful every time I’ve been . Staff isn’t friendly as well. My sandwiches came with no lettuce tomatoes or cheese . Mozzarella sticks were 3x as bad . To the point I gagged cause how old they tasted . I’ve called the store asking for the manager & was told he was in the bathroom . Called back 5x no answer . Keeping the food and taking back next day for refund I hope since they gave me no receipt as well . Beyond mad long day of work excited for food & the food was trash . Waste of money . I’ll never be back to this establishment until things majorly change there .
