I only drink dark roast black coffee no sugar. There’s no hiding bad coffee when you’re not adding anything. My French roast coffee from Biggby was very good and an amazing value. It was what coffee should cost. I would go all the time if I didn’t live 800 miles away. The staff was super friendly and patient also.

We are so happy to have another coffee spot in town, we stopped in and bought a frozen caramel latte and a spotted owl hot drink. Both were very good, the location has only been open for a few days so obviously everything was nice and clean. We appreciated the helpful staff it seemed like they were still in training, but they did very well. There is not very much seating at all only about 10 seats total. It looks like it is mostly a drive-through, which is also great.

I was was there on Friday and I had to be the one to ask about the free shot Friday and adding it to my drink. The lady didn’t ask about my biggby card to receive my points and when I asked after she cashed me out. I was told it was too late. They didn’t ask if I wanted a straw with my drink either, like come on people. Simple things. Also on 3 different occasions I have had to give my drink back and have them add the shot of mango to my ‘mango blood moon’ . . This location is closest so I keep giving them chances but there could be some improvements to make things better for sure. I don’t think I should know how to make the drink better then an employee there

On Thursday evening I came in to get a Strawberry Punch Mock Tail because it’s my favorite drink and this Biggby is on the way to the clinic where i get my chemotherapy at. One of the employees (white girl with a weird name, starts with an A and ends with an N but I can’t remember it) ignored me when I came in and when I was ordering I asked her if anything on the menu was similar in taste to the mock tail and she told me that I needed to hurry up so she could get me out and start closing the store. I came 90 minutes before closing. She whipped it up really quickly, which I appreciated because I was running late to the clinic, but when I took a sip in the car it was awful. I called to complain and to also ask when the tall dark skinned girl would be back at work because she always makes me the best things but they wouldn’t tell me.

I was so excited to come try this place out, after waiting in line I got to the front and wanted to ask the women with a sling for their recommendations, she told me that I should’ve decided what I wanted before ordering. She seemed very hostile towards me. She told me she couldn’t understand my accent and to speak better English. (I’m Hispanic) I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed. It was not a fun experience.

All around disappointed. I gave this place a shot 3 different times. The breakfast sandwichs are great. The coffee is not. All 3 times I got something different and the coffee just tastes like it’s burnt. No amount of flavors helps this either and for $8 for one drink, you’d expect better quality. The staff is super friendly, so I do not fault them, it’s not poor service, it is poor product quality at a high-end price.

The staff is rude, everytime I go in there someone is on there phone or talking. The customer service has been awful on multiple occasions. Takes 5 minutes just for someone to take the order. The Facebook account posted a buy one get one free but they refused to accept the coupon because there system was offline. The right thing to do would be to honor the coupon regardless if the system is down. Ended up just paying for both drinks even though one of them should have been free.
