Fixing my review! SECOND SHIFT NEEDS A MANAGER!!!! I always go threw drive threw sitting for 15 mins for a coffee(taste like water and no addings) and 3 wraps all i hear is yelling and POEPLE PLAYING ON THEIR PHONES AND NOT ACTUALLY WORKING! OH AND PUT THE BOTTLE WATER IN THE FRIDGE NO ONE WANTS IT WARM WHEN ITS A 100° OUTSIDE!!!! LAZYYYYY!!!! I’m a everyday customer and I order the same thing everyday and I’m sorry who the hell like burnt bacon my wraps were so slaty and the bread was hard I couldn’t even eat it paying 15 everyday I buy and I get over cook food… I’ll stop tipping you guy if this keeps happening. Waste of money….

They are always so fast, and my drink is always made just how I want it. They’re always super sweet when taking my order and I’m always sure to tip them for doing such a good job! Walked into the lobby and was instantly told “lobby closed” I asked why and was just told again “lobby closed” Went to the drive-through to try to get my order. Could not receive service Because I’m on foot it’s a security issue. When I asked for the reason why the lobby was closed the girl told me that they were short staffed. I was able to order my coffee through the app and walk in. Once inside I could see that there were 6 employees. I’ve worked at Dunkin donuts Before during the overnight with only 2 people. I believe they wanted to try to get their drive Through number up so they temporarily close to lobby so they could do that. unacceptable. When I ask for a manager number they told me they currently don’t have a manager I know the manager personally and I will be speaking to them about this.

I went to order a iced coffee and spilled it as I got to the car wanted to buy a new one as it was out the store. When I placed a order and then just told the lady I dropped mine she started yelling at me to have told her that first. I told her I wasn’t asking for a free one im about to pay and she gave me a look. This was a while back in winter and she’s still working there, I try to avoid her as I dont want no negative vibes. The guys there are always nice but the atmosphere itself is not good and definitely not worth to dine in.

Our bagel that we ordered was burnt you couldn’t even eat it and the coffees tasted nothing like what we ordered. They were just a black iced coffee, when I asked for a vanilla cold brew with cream.

They got a batch of burnt croissants from their bakery and even though they were burnt they served them anyway and didn’t tell anyone buying them. Surprise for the drive through people who got half way down the road and they bit into a burnt croissant that’s crispier than a cracker.

If I can only leave just a comment and not even a star I would! Just because a customer orders in a drive thru and in a hurry doesn’t mean they can’t take take advantage of that and just toss em a burnt food. They just don’t care if the order would just get wasted. I won’t even give my dog a burnt food. Disgusting. Could’ve at least told the customer “hey I burned the garlic toppings let me make you a new one” that would’ve been acceptable instead of letting the customer drive off with a burned food.

Ashley who works here should be fired. She tried to dump an entire tray of drinks on me because I ordered too much through a drive through. Zero customer service. The cashier acted like I just walked in her bedroom, woke her up and asked her to make me coffee. Asked about and ordered non- caffeinated drinks for young kids only to find out online that they are caffeinated. Waste of money. Good thing there is an Aroma Joe’s down the street that will now get ALL my money.
