This restaurant has the SLOWEST service of ANY restaurant. The cashier takes the order BUT does not close out the sale until they are finished gathering the order. Conducting a transaction like this does not affect time that a person is waiting. This practice circumvents ACTUAL wait times. On average I wait about 15 minutes in line waiting to have my order taken. If you’re in a hurry DO NOT come to this location.

My 5 year old daughter loves her chicken from church’s chicken. Stop by today and got her the #1. Got to the window noticed drive thru employee covering his mouth while speaking into his headset. He graps my daughters food opens the box and I noticed his hands in her box. He opened the window and gives me my total which I handed my card and I asked him, Sir did you touch her food with your hands? Employee got offended and right aways says no I was just checking to make sure everything was in there. If you like I can refuse services ma’am. Refuse services to me because I asked you a simple question. I am sorry that I offended you, but I don’t need my 5 year to get sick is what I told him. He then says well ma’am let me ask you a question, did you clean your hands before handing your card to me?.I’m like really.. I asked for his name and then he says I am the Store Manager my name is Robert as you can see on my tag.. Im like will Robert you dont have your name tag, then he says Ill let someone else serve you. A young lady came and took over. I told her I didnt mean to offend him, but he’s hands over his mouth and speaking into his headset and then he opens her box and put his fingers in there. Which she said I understand how that looks… Thank you for understanding. Mr Robert please sanitize your hands before you handle customers orders.

No supper for me. I did not get my beverage and the from my potatoes and gravy was not on tight. I had gravy all over inside my bag. I did not get my receipt.anager said I could pick up my beverage and potatoes. I said I was already home and my dinner was ruined. Being it was their error, I asked them if they could deliver. They said they could not. Personnel need to speak clearer and slower. I had to ask her to repeat herself numerous times.

I’m done with this location and never stopping by there again. I paid 30 dollars for a 16 piece deal. Its infuriating when I get to my home and there are only 8 pieces. I asked the guy at the window is everything in the bag and he said yes. I don’t like to complain but when I shell out 30 dollars and they only give me half of the order its infuriating. I didn’t call the store to complain because what the point they are going to tell me to go get it and I’m already at home in southside Alamo and its raining outside. This location has left items out of my order before but this is the last time ill stop by there again. fool me once….

I called to the one in San Juan 50 min before 10 pm just because my in-laws live right around the corner. They said they couldn’t cook more spicy chicken because they were about to close. I also went to the one in Pharr on Nolana 40 min before 10pm due to the fact that they weren’t picking up the phone and it was close lights were off. So I ended up on the one in cage and the cashier was so nice I asked for spicy chicken 25 minutes before closing and she said it was ok. Guys I love chicken from this place and spicy is my favorite. I moved out of state 5yrs ago and let me tell you when I visit Texas this is the spot I hit at least 8 times and NO LIE. The fact that Church’s Chicken on Cage cooked my spicy chicken 25 minutes before closing was Freaking Awesome. I went home and Enjoyed my food so for that THANK YOU
