You get what you pay for. This is a very similar concept to a Chick-fil-A or a PDQ if you’ve ever been to those restaurants. Menu consists of chicken tenders served in a variety of ways. The restaurant was clean and service was quick ( not many people there at 2:45pm). With concepts like these my expectations are never very high considering the price point. I ordered the 7 piece hand battered tenders that came with fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, and two sauces. I opted for the regular Magoo sauce and the spicy Magoo sauce to try them both out. I will say it’s a ton of food for the money so no complaints there. The food didn’t really impress me it was just alright, and I never really got a wow factor from it. The chicken tenders tasted fresh and were juicy but I personally wasn’t a huge fan of the sauce, that’s subjective & some may love their sauce. I think next time I come by I’ll try out a sandwich instead and have the tenders tossed in a different sauce like their “sweet heat”. An employee did come by to check on me and brought out a Togo box which was a pleasant surprise and not something I expected from a fast food style restaurant. Overall a pleasant experience.

The first time I went to this location was terrific! The next 4 times were very disappointing. After spending my entire lunch break from work waiting on two occasions(once there was a long line and once i was the only person in line, but the lady was too busy with takeout orders), i decided to order online for some takeout. I was so excited that my food was ready only 2 minutes after i got there. I should have checked the bag. My order was definitely wrong. I waited a month to try again. Today i was super happy to see no one inside. I went right up and ordered and my food was ready and correct within minutes. I thought it was too fast given the prior visits. I leave and upon eating the “fresh-cut” chips i was so excited for, i find that they are old and reheated and very chewy. I will not be back. And it’s a shame since i work in the plaza.

Worst experience ever. I placed my to go order and waited for 25 minutes watching other customers that came after me get their food first. When I asked for a refund they asked for my receipt or the name on the order, and then asked me to look at my bank account. Left the place without my food that I paid $10.22 for or my money. HORRIBLE SERVICE

If you get takeout, open the bags and inventory Everything on the spot. Chicken tasted great and the staff was friendly but the order was shorted quite a bit. Three dinners but only one cole slaw (instead of the 3 that were supposed to be in there). Paid extra for Honey Mustard for dipping (crazy but that’s what they do there ) and No Honey Mustard in the bag. Called to inform and got a “sorry about that” answer. Again what was there tasted pretty good.

First visit wonderful. Tasted perfect. Today horrible. Over spiced, over cooked, part of order omitted and waited for 15 minutes to redo. Manager does not care at all. Place inside is freezing. Won’t be back ever. Chick-fil-A here we come.

If i could buy a barrel of Magoos Buffalo Sauce, i would! Everything about the sandwiches are fantastic! The lettuce and spring mix was crunchy & cold! Very clean and smiling staff. Service speed was unexcpetedly quick for such great quality of chicken.

I downloaded the app and was placing a takeout order the app wasn’t working to process my payment so I called the store In the Trails in Ormond. I informed the employee that the app wasn’t working and I wanted to place a takeout order. She instructed me to go on the app continuously as I’ve already told her it was not working she did not take my order and I had to place the order via UberEats it cost me more money than I wanted to spend for mediocre chicken tenders. Your employee was rude and I will not patronize your establishment again.

Apparently someone can’t read, it clearly states 2 pieces Texas toast and sub fries for Texas toast. I should have had 3 pieces of Texas toast (which I love) and nope 1 Texas toast and fries. I don’t like fries, hence why I wanted the sub-in place of, but nope didn’t happen.
