This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts in Sonoma County by far. I came in at 11:30am and the donuts were already stale and hard.

My order was wrong due to their online ordering system which defaults last item selected to all items previously selected instead of keeping the custom selection you wanted. So if you’re fine with selecting a custom dozen of donuts and then receiving a dozen of whatever you selected last then go for it otherwise I recommend going into the store to order as I don’t see this being resolved when they aren’t even aware of the issue nor do they want to be. The donuts are ok. I expected better and was actually pretty let down by not receiving all the custom selected donuts and instead receiving a dozen of the same donut that was just ok.

Great service! I ordered 6 donuts and a cold brew at around 8:30 and it was ready at 8:40 right when I got there! They were extremely kind and quick, looking forward to going back!!!

We came in for a coffee and bagel and even though there were only 3 people ahead of us, it took 30 minutes. There were at least 6 people working yet they only had one register open. We got our coffee instantly but after waiting a while for our bagels, we finally asked about them—they hadn’t even started it. So the kid rushed to make them for us and barely gave us any cream cheese. I’d avoid this location.

It was great as always. The classic donuts that I would drive a great distance for. Done the old fashioned way.

Please find help that understands what customer’s want. We shouldn’t have to point at the donuts we want (males)

Fresh coffee fresh donuts for my co workers and I. I must say it’s been a while but oh so delicious. Everyone at work thanked me that day. What a way to start my day.

This place is so hit or miss, as are most establishments. But lately it’s been consistently terrible and disorganized. The customer service is absolutely horrible, including the manager. They are always understaffed, and sometimes it takes almost 30 minutes to get the order out after it’s been placed. I came yesterday and ordered two drinks. My partner’s drink tasted like the coffee was over a day old and mine tasted like burnt water with whip cream. (I ordered a pumpkin latte with no whip, by the way). Today we headed over to Acre Coffee on McDowell but realized they closed down once we pulled in, so we decided to try Dunkin again. We get it, off days exist. Today was probably worse than the day before. Unless management can clean house or give the employees proper training we won’t be back. Not that a mega corporation needs my business anyway since there are so many great local coffee shops & cafe’s in the area, but it’s nice to be able to mobile order a quick coffee if you’re in a hurry that isn’t Starbucks. Oh well.
