Spent over $40 getting delivery from here and it was a complete disaster. No ice in any of the drinks, and most of the sandwiches had less than an inch of meat on them! (One half didn’t even have ANY meat on it) When I called to ask for a refund the cashier was sassy and abruptly hung up and l am being forced to dispute the charges. I recommend going to any other sandwich places nearby, this place is NOT worth the hassle.

I love Jimmy John’s. We got a mobile order and got it doordashed. I got the turkey bacon sandwich with jalapeño chips with Diet Coke. They always do it good. I find it consistent every where I go. They did a good job doing it fast. We got our food fairly quickly after we ordered. This play is on the higher side I pricing but it’s great quality. Happy for this business doing a great job staying consistent.

I’ve had many issues with this location and our order being wrong. Tonight I ordered a Turkey club and it came with no cheese. They tried to say it would take an hour to replace it and I explained that I didn’t have time for a replacement and that I felt I had enough issues that I would want my sandwich refunded. Then whoever I spoke to hung up on me and I continued to call them back again and again with my my phone call not being picked up or picked up then hung up on quickly. This is so beyond frustrating and not how to handle a complaint.

Jimmy John’s has never let me down. Had lunch plans for the office (team of 20) elsewhere today but the establishment said our order was invalid, with their own receipt in their face… and they would not fulfill the order.. so we had to change the plan on the fly. Put an order in for 20 sandwiches at 12:30 (lunch time) while they already had a full store and backed-up drivethru, yet they still managed to complete the order super fast. Thanks to the Jimmy John’s team!

Well… they were super slow for a Jimmy John’s, the one in Spanish Fork is so fast! Was there at dinner time and they were out of white bread. Kind of a big problem. Lady in charge was unprofessional in her dress and manner. Won’t go back to this location, though I’d go to a different one!

How about instead of trying to get the order out so fast I freak. Get the order right. The girl was so worried about getting the sandwich done before I ordered, she missed the order. And the taker was happy to charge me 4 dollars for bacon, but not actually give it to me.

Ordered doordash 4 hours ago and food has yet to be seen. Called twice and both times was met with a short response of “it’s on its way”, given with a small snippet of attitude. Never came. Went into the store about ten minutes before they closed after waiting forever and the staff was extremely rude and not understanding. They accused us of putting in the wrong address and their only response was “well maybe it got delivered to the wrong address”. No resolution. I asked for the order to be remade and a very rude lady could only say “we close in TWO minutes” with the snottiest attitude. I told her we had been waiting 3-4 hours for our dinner and had been let down because THEY could not fulfill the delivery. There were still people in the drive thru and orders were still being made but she decided to be rude and turn me away. Not even so much as an apology. She was rolling her eyes the whole time and giving me dirty looks. I’M not the one who messed up here and she had the audacity to be rude! Working in customer service I could NEVER treat a customer like she treated me tonight. I will never be returning to this location. Not to mention we ordered last night as well and they cancelled our order because they ran out of bread. A sandwich shop that is out of bread. Whoever is running this business is doing a bang up job.

We had a quick stop at JJs and we had a good experience. I got the #13 Jimmy Cubano. They left off the pickles but overall it was a good sandwich. I also wouldn’t have minded person to ask me what type of bread because I would’ve elected something different than white bread.

I don’t come here often, but the sandwich quality is high. Probably my 3rd favorite sandwich place. Lots of free parking, they weren’t too busy when I last visited, so I was able to get my food quickly. Friendly staff, very competent. Many good sandwich options.

I went to this location last night with rude customer service. I saw on the screen that faces the customer they punched in my order incorrectly. I tried pointing it out to the guy taking my order, but he gave me the nastiest look as if I was stupid for noticing something wrong. He didn’t even read back my order, which was when I had a feeling my order was going to be incorrect. IT WAS! When I brought my sandwich up, the guy started giving me attitude as if I was making stuff up for things being missing. I’ve worked food service before and always try to be understanding, but this was unacceptable. Have always enjoyed Jimmy Johns and was looking forward to eating after a long day. After my experience, I left there appalled and disrespected. Not sure if I’ll be coming back to this location after how they made me feel.
