This was my first order from Rig-A-Tony’s. I ordered the Chicken Marsala and my wife the eggplant parmigiana. I was truly impressed with both meals. The portions are huge and the dishes were better than the north end in Boston. I would definitely make a catering order here for my next large gathering. Keep up the good work.

Very generous portions; I recently ordered shrimp scampi and a sausage sub and we had enough for two meals, plus, I used the Scali bread it came with for two sandwiches the next day. I used the side salad for another meal as well; just added chicken.

This place is lackluster and highly overpriced. We ordered three single meals for take out/pick up. The sauce was too sweet (I know some like that, I’m not into it and didn’t expect it to be THAT sweet so here’s your warning). It was topped with unidentifiable green flakes. I’m guessing some dried parsley but I couldn’t pinpoint the smell. The chicken and broccoli in lemon garlic butter sauce was watery, not just a little watery, a lot. The cost for three meals? Almost $80.00, which included a 20% tip my husband doesn’t remember adding, on a take out order. I have no issue tipping after a sit down meal or home delivery at all. This was neither and I’m unsure why tipping is even an option for this. Which is why I’d be surprised if my husband momentarily blacked out and hit “20%” rather than “no tip” but I digress. The positive aspects? Freshly sliced bread and small salads (although the salad consisted of romaine, one onion slice, one half wedge of tomato and one quarter of a cucumber slice, with dressing on the side). I hate to say it, but this was an expensive disappointment. I will say, the staff was polite and professional.

Amazing Italian food. Very fresh tasting , my order was made the right way. The chicken cutlets are fresh breading , crispy nice chicken. Bread is amazing soft not mushy. And the sauce is great not to sweet not to dull. Lisa is amazing owner so outgoing and amazing .

The person who worked there did not greet me in a nice manner. He was upset I was late he told me 45 minutes I was later than that. It does matter he did not need to be rude. He was upset because he had to remake the salad because it’s hot today and I was late. He was extremely upset and unprofessional. So I will never go there again. I have never been there before. Very hot inside no ac and not friendly people. I do love the food usually. It was good. I got family size chicken parmigiana meal there was hardly any chicken and very thin slices. Very disappointed. I will stick with going to the one in Derry where the owner is and she keeps standards high. I do not recommend the Windham location.

The portion amounts decreased. But worse is customer service has gone down hill. We used to go several times a month for take out and did catering for most all of our parties through them,at least 4 a year. My wife ordered catering and they did not have an option for delivery that one day which we understood. So I picked up, and they placed the items in my trunk. When I arrived home the order was wrong. My wife immediately called and asked if anything could be done to fix it and the gentleman who answered began arguing with her, telling her she was wrong and that she needed to calm down. There were already several guests in our home and my wife was very calm. He was extremely rude and condescending. I don’t think we will ever go back.

Quality itself of the food was good, other than the Pesto burrata salad was missing the pesto. Pizza is good and is a good value for the price. Food was ready on time.. Good customer service.

I really wish I could say something better but I was just talking about my Christmas Eve order and had to post a cautionary tale. I showed up at 2, just like they said I should. A police officer at the location told me the line was too long and I had to leave and come back in an hour. I came at 3 and the line was longer than before. I did not get my food order until 4:45 and the people bringing food to the 3 lanes of cars were delivering food to people who had been behind me before they decided to make one line into 3 lines. It was chaos. When I told them they were not even bringing orders to those who had waited the longest they got really really mad at me and said my behavior was bad, I should be nice on Christmas. My food was not cooked when I opened the package. Raw uncooked food that needed an hour in the oven. It was a freaking nightmare.

I’ve been getting food here for years and it’s been quite on Pointe almost every time. Tonight felt so much different. The spuckie felt thrown together quite sloppily; the hots just thrown on with no regard and the oil & vinegar leaked over everything. The pasta with chicken & broccoli badly needed acid. It used to be in it but I guess they changed. They should change back. I can remember a time when they made their own salad dressing. But with both my house salad and the Caesar there was pre-made, prepackaged dressing. The mark of a mediocre restaurant. Rig-a-tonis, you used to be such an amazing island of flavor in an extremely bland world. Unfortunately, I feel you’ve grown prey to the restaurant demon of mediocrity and you’re a victim of your prior success.
