This Burger King has an employee shortage. There was only 2 works last night to handle who walked into the dining area and the drive through. Luckily for them that there was more going through the drive through. It was very slow to get our orders, but they were trying their best. I told them that. My grandson and I ended up with a stomachache after having a drink there.

It’s now open to dine in in the afternoon. Different manager and staff after one year are nice and better. I asked for no salt added on my French fries and they listened to provide me what I need. The manager showed me some sign language as I have severe hearing loss. Whopper burger is so delicious and perfect made! It’s my favorite burger. It’s so affordable with the coupon I got in the mail. Check your mail for the coupons to save your money!

I have gone here before and the food is good but the service is absolutely atrocious. The chef is rude, inconsiderate, and entitled. They change what they say 5 minutes after they say it and can’t stick to a predetermined schedule. I am a very patient person, but if you go here, be ready to wait awhile and then be given attitude/ disrespect for no reason.

I have ordered food at this place multiple times and each time they have screwed up. Ordered 3 basic cheeseburgers thru Uber eats and literally none of them had cheese, only mayo and onion. Another burger I ordered was supposed to be a cheeseburger and it had some weird spicy sauce we didn’t request. They need to read what’s been ordered correctly because they are incompetent at this point. Do better.

Very expensive, horrible food. My daughter got two double cheeseburgers with only ketchup and a side of mozzarella sticks. The burgers made her sick and the mozzarella sticks were dry and old when she pulled them apart, they snapped like a rubber band. Also, the cheese was orange like cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese is supposed to be white so that was gross. I ordered a nine piece chicken fry meal and asked if she would be able to make them fresh because when they’ve been sitting in the warmer all day, they get hard and dry and really crunchy and she said “yeah” but my order was out way too fast to have had them made fresh not to mention when I tried eating one it was hard as a rock dry as a bone and barely heated through. This meal and my daughters meal cost $19.80 which is outrageous for over cooked food that’s been sitting in the warmer all day especially when we asked for fresh. I would not go here ever again!

BK has had its challenges in the post COVID economy, but this particular franchise seems to be finding their feet very well lately. We rolled up shortly after 9:30, had a small wait to order, and then absolutely no issues from that point on. We chatted briefly with the staff member who was working the drive thru and they stated the restaurant had been very busy throughout the whole day! That was good to hear, knowing that they’d had a few hiccups.

Ordered burger, onion rings and Dr.Pepper. didn’t receive any of them in the bag I picked up, went back to get my order and was told I had to wait so they could call to get permission to fill the order I had already paid for. This is the most ridiculous, horrible customer service I’ve ever. You can bet this is why this store is doing so bad. You might want to check on the poor management in this store. Some education on customer service is needed.

This lady here the manager was on her phone for 15 minutes while we waited to get a refund for our food. we were asking for a refund because my bacon king burger had two long strands of hair in it. After waiting for 15 minutes we were told we cannot get a refund and only could get the food remade.

Never made it past the drive-in window. The guy was so rude. It’s so obvious that you can’t have it your way. You certainly aren’t treated like a king. He was too busy arguing over bun inventory and not at all concerned about customers that have medical issues who can’t have seeds on the bun. I couldn’t care less about their inventory. If I could rate it a zero, I would! SO LAZY!!!
