I just wanted to give a shout out to this location because I’ve been here a lot of the years and I pretty much always have a good experience. The service has always been better than I’d expect for the most part, rarely have issues with my order, you can tell the leadership at this location do a great job with training and supervising its employees. The one on 176th and Meridian on South Hill is a great example of a poorly run location. The Orting one is great!

Speed of food getting done was amazing, however when I asked for ranch and they brought out my food there was no ranch. When politely asking the gal that brought my food out if there was ranch she not only caught an attitude but told me that if I didn’t ask for it at the first window it wouldn’t ever be put in the bag. Mind you I had forgotten so I asked it the second window and she was super nice about it for the gal bringing it out was nothing but rude and then had the gal running the second window bring it out because she didn’t want to come back outside

When you walk into the restaurant, you have to use a kiosk. When you get to the end, it requires you to finish your order at the counter. The whole process of ordering your food makes absolutely no sense at all and is a complete waste of time. The food was the only good thing about this visit to this restaurant, honestly.

McDonald’s is great the food’s always made perfectly at least for me once in awhile there’s a mistake but that happens my biggest gripe and this isn’t even the restaurants fault is the drive-thru people in the city seem aggressive and kind of selfish I can’t tell you many times I’ve had my spot stolen from me because someone couldn’t pay attention or figure out the line order and if you’ve been yelled at by a passing car it was likely me and I want to apologize this stuff makes me very very upset though

Normally the service here is pretty standard, this week has been the exception though. Stopped in today (1/6/22) and ordered a 10 piece nugget and a filet of fish with no tartar sauce. They handed me the order and said everything is in bag. I get half way home and realize there’s no nuggets in the bag, so I drive back to get them, I saw the box for the filet of fish inside with the tag saying no tartar sauce. They give me my nuggets and I drive home. My wife opens the box with the filet of fish and the inside of the box is drenched in tartar sauce everywhere AND there’s no cheese on the sandwich like there’s supposed to be. I didn’t have the time to go back again but suffice it to say that we’re extremely unhappy with today’s service.
