Pizza is always done right but this store does get busy so I usually try to avoid peak dinner hours. Staff are usually helpful as well. Parking is limited because this shopping center is very busy and sometimes I have to park a distance away.

I just got back from Little Caesars, and it was the second time in a row that they failed to offer me a bag for my order. Today I ordered two orders of wings and a few dips. When I asked for a bag, the employee acted annoyed and simply tossed the bag, expecting that I bag it myself while she spoke to the customer behind me. She was annoyed that I was bagging the items at the counter. This is now the second time its happened. This is extremely disappointing, as customer service should be a top priority for any business. The dismissive attitude of the employees makes me feel undervalued as a customer, and I do not appreciate being treated this way. I hope that Little Caesars can take steps to improve their customer service, so that all customers can feel valued and appreciated.

Since I walked in The Lady there Gave me Bad Customer Service. She was taking my order Wrong just like whatever When I came back to Pick up nobody care to Help me. They were just talking and not using gloves for the Food. Also another customer walked in They helped him First and I was waiting to be helped. I had to call them to Give me my Order he was walking away instead of asking me if i needed help I was not satisfied At all!!! I didn’t like how they made one of my Pizza and I even paid more. Very Bad Customer Service. Only the guy who was boxing the pizza Appologize and he didn’t need to. If they are not happy they have a Job Why working They should be grateful That they have a Job and Thanks to Customers The business is up and Running. But with employees like this who wants to come to this Place.

I came in today to get some pizzas for my son’s school. I was helped by Chris and his customer service was great. I had ordered six pizzas and I definitely couldn’t carry them all to my car. Without hesitation he offered to help me take them to my car. I’m so grateful for his help, not many places I’ve gone to are helpful in that way. Great job Chris!
