This used to be my favorite location. It’s a bad look when the employees have their own personal table with their personal items (combs, phones, etc) everywhere and they don’t wash their hands before returning to work. One customer complained about waiting 30 mins for an 8 piece and I waited 45 mins for my order. I ordered before I left the house, arrived 20 mins later, and still had to wait for almost 30 mins. I guess I’m back to taking my chances at the Lindell location or just go out of town and have Wingstop because the STL locations are struggling…

Update: Went to this location for the boneless wings and bought 30 based on last week’s great experience (food wise only). What a HUGE disappointment! This week they were overly salted so I could only eat 3! What a waste! Why can’t they follow the recipe so customers can get the same taste week after week? So. My daughter and I love trying out wings from different places…or we did until we got to this Wingstop! They have just the right amount of seasoning & not too much salt! ~$15 for 10 bone in wings with a little cup of ranch to dip them in. We usually buy 15 plus sauce cup for $21. But don’t be afraid to buy even more! BONUS: on Mondays and Tuesdays they offer boneless wings for $0.79!!!! We buy bone in with lemon pepper and boneless with lemon herb remix flavor (garlic & lemon pepper). Awesome flavors! I will be back to buy boneless as much as I can afford to every Monday /Tuesday! We also bought bone in when we first tried the boneless and I prefer the boneless as I don’t like getting my hands covered in the rub and grease. We also tried hickory bbq boneless wings. These were not sauced up enough to enjoy as much as we could have. Not sure how long Wingstop will keep the $0.79 boneless night going, but I hope it will be permanent! The dissident is all of the workers were talking loudly all at the same time and it was constant!. And one was loudly clapping in the lobby. Really an aweful indoor experience. I would expect this level of behavior to be found outside with friends rubbing each other nit in a busy restaurant where customers have to endure all of that noise and behavior. Lately, we have seen an uptick in this type of behavior in the various Wingstop we’ve been going to when it is time to eat. 1 star because they don’t clear or clean the tables in any timely basis. Nearly all of the tables had items on them that nobody ever came back for (so I guess it was garbage) and we were in store at a table for roughly 30 minutes after we placed mobile order and arrived at restaurant. That’s a long time for the workers to goof off rather than focus on my food being made.

We tried calling but line stayed busy. We ordered through the website for delivery. We are staying in a hotel across the street from the location(RichmondHeights/Brentwood). We ordered 40 pack the website and app both glitch when using the slide counter. It’s very frustrating. Anyway we ordered and food was delivered I’m the most disrespectful way. They tossed the bag on the front desk counter. The bag was torn and dripping wet. The delivery service was likely upset the tip wasn’t included in the order. My mother is old school she wanted to pay in cash. After inspection the only issue was the fries. We tried to call again but the line was still busy. I returned the fries in person they were replaced but customer service was lacking. Nothing offered for the inconvenience. They were just relieved I didn’t return the 40 piece of chicken.

I don’t know what games they’re playing here but they seem to regularly charges me for a side of 5 pc fried corn when I order a classic combo with fries ( and the cashier repeats that back to me but still enters order wrong) . They are reluctant to give the receipt.the bone in chicken is fine but seems smaller- this is moreso a corporate problem. Tea is nasty. Don’t order from here

Terrible experience. My coworkers and I ordered lunch from here today, and all of our fries were old, burnt, and had no seasoning whatsoever. One of my coworkers did not receive the drink she ordered. When we called to complain, the woman had an attitude right off the bat. She said it was our fault we didn’t get the drink, and that we could come order new fries if we wanted but it would be at our expense. I’m not going to pay AGAIN to replace an order that they messed up. A very ridiculous experience from start to finish.

Very unprofessional. Played telephone with the staff yelling in my ear the same thing I asked to get someone else’s answer. Should have handed the phone over. The entire time I could hear their conversation and were very rude- wanted an order catered and they were so unhelpful about how to do that, I can take my fat corporate tip elsewhere and I did over their behavior alone.
