I have not had food so bad I came after work around 10:40 pm looking for a quick bite we ordered 3 chicken sandwiches all hard and the meat smells like how is this edible ???? The fries are beyond salty and they never gave me a receipt. I wouldn’t be surprised if I got food poisoning. You can see the whole bottle of salt they used on these fries. I need a refund or new food and before someone asks for a receipt maybe leave it in the bag I paid $31 for food you can’t even feed a dog!! This is a disgrace.

A few weeks ago my Pops and I dropped in for lunch. We pulled on the door and it was locked. Went back to the truck and another person went up to the door and it opened.. I can see if it was close to its opening hours but it was after 12p. Ok, maybe they forgot right? So we walk in and and asked were they open -the manager (Hispanic female) says I don’t know what you’re talking about”. Ok, we brushed it off and we visited the restaurant again a few days ago. No soap (how are they washing their hands) and no sanitizer. I walk out of the restroom and asked the manager which was the same female as before and she said sarcastically that she don’t have no soap. I asked how about some sanitizer? She said no.

Senior drinks are supposed to be free. 1st they tried to to charge us sister’s (80 & 77) for 2 small drinks. After explaining that other Wendys give them for free, the manager gave us 1 for free even though both of us were sitting in the car.

Worst Wendy’s location, I had to wait more than 30 minutes for my food on the drive thru and they are not really friendly, they told me to pull over to wait for my order, then they started to serve the customers behind me fast with no issues. After a long wait, I finally received my food. I really believe, they treated me and my son in a racist way. I feel really disappointed for this bad time. I honestly don’t recommend this Wendy’s to anyone.

I usually only leave positive reviews because anyone can have a bad day, but this Wendy’s has been struggling for months. Either they can’t take a card or can’t take cash, or it takes 20 minutes to get the food. Today, I tried to order a Frosty as the drink for a kid’s meal and they told me I couldn’t. Frostys have always been an option, that’s why there is a junior size. It’s an option on the app too. Very frustrating experience.

One of the managers here at this location is EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! I am not positive, but I am THINKING his name is Steven/Stephen….white guy…a few tattoos…SHORT shaved head haircut…maybe on the healthy side…just an ALL AROUND nice, pleasant, friendly, very patient, extremely understanding…..seems like he is ALWAYS there working…and doesn’t seem to mind!! Have NEVER EVER heard him raise his voice at a customer or another employee, and have never heard him be in any way disrespectful to a customer or another employee!!! HE DESERVES A RAISE!!!!!

there were at LEAST 6 employees that I saw through the window at the drive through. Not only did they get our order COMPLETELY wrong, but they charged us for a frosty that we didn’t order – and then when we wanted the frosty, we got some dirty looks.

Person taking order start getting an attitude as soon as I started an order. Got a wrong order without even asking me what I ordered, did not ask for payment, so I had to ask them so I could pay. Worst thing is how rude the service was with a employee wearing a earbud, handing food, and just walking away. Manager comes up and said I am sorry and all that. But, I will most likely never even eat at Wendy’s. One restaurant ruins the entire company’s reputation.
