it’s 6:05 PM they’re supposed to be up until 7 PM. The employees are inside. The doors doors are locked. It’s been happening a lot since Covid. Can be a real problem depending on how far away you live or what kind of store it is.

Slow service, orders made incorrectly often. The night staff does okay but the morning staff can’t seem to ever get it right. 0 stars if i could. There was a heavyset mixed race employee who made my drink wrong and refused to fix it. Check my reviews I do often positively review places but this location simply couldn’t meet even basic standards.

Just received one of the worst iced coffees I’ve ever had. Dark roast with trefoils girl scout flavor, light ice, cream and sugar was what I ordered. It was a lot of water, very little coffee, very little flavor, and a complete waste of money. I asked them to fix it and they did, but it was no better whatsoever the second time. I should have just asked for my money back, or asked to go behind the counter and make it myself. We go to a Dunkin several times a week, but we will never return to this location. I suggest finding a nearby store and go to that one instead.

Every dunkin I’ve ever been to has been chaotic. The coffee is good, but no one knows what is going on at any given point. Last time, they confused my order for someone else’s and served people in line behind us before us.
