I have to say that since this facility got new management my experience has changed for the better. Before I would go and my order was always wrong, coffee was bitter and the service was not the best. If I asked for my order to be corrected I was met with hostility and rude employees. My experience this morning was fantastic. It was greeted politely by a young gentleman and experienced good customer service. I hope it lasts!

Walked into a practically empty establishment wity my 2 children and neither one of the 2 girls up front could be bothered. Both went about their business without so much as a greeting, an acknowledgement or announcement they needed time before getting to us. We waited patiently and then impatiently for a couple minutes and ultimately decided to walk out. Apparently they’re not in the business of doing business.

I wish I was able to give it 0 stars… I didn’t wanna waste my time before writing a review for this horrible place but this place rlly needs to do better. 2 months ago my friend and I came rlly early in the morning to get some breakfast and we were in a rush. Everything started in the drive thru with this lady having such a bad attitude, I took like 3 more secs to tell her what I wanted because I was figuring out with my friend and didn’t even pass a minute for her to tell me to go around again and come back when I was ready. We choose to deal with her attitude bc like I said we were in a rush and we just wanted some dunking we had to order fast, once I get my order and I parked for a sec to see if we had everything we realized that they didn’t even give us the order right and we were missing 1 item of what we had order. We go inside to the place and 2 young ladies were there being so rude to us and didn’t even apologize for getting our order wrong, at that point we just wanted a refund, a refund that my friend never got. We wasted $25.00 for nothing. The day of today I decided to go back and get what I have always got in every single Dunkin’. A caramel latte with cream instead of milk. Never had an issue before at any dunking for getting this. I go in the drive thru, I order my coffee, once again, it’s a lady with a horrible attitude telling me that they don’t do that there and I told her that I always get that at everything Dunkin’ including that one and she has the audacity to tell me that I was lying bc they have never done that type of coffee. What a horrible service, I’m not surprised at all I can’t wait for this place to get better employees . It sucks bc it’s the closest Dunkin’ to my house but I’ll rather go 10 mins farther than come back to this horrible place.

Terrible service as always, never getting our orders right and never giving us what we’ve ordered. They are terrible at their jobs! There was a guy and a girl giving us the food, poor service and when we came back for the wrong order they were on their break all happy and laughing and the girl was allegedly giving me a death stare and the guy was laughing. A day later the price in our bank was $30, our price was $24 from what I remember. What’s with the sudden increase?! Be very careful where you get your things from. If you think you’d want to live in Kissimmee, don’t get your hopes up especially Osceola, it’s a terrible county.

Terrible service. I ordered a breakfast wrap with no eggs and I received a half burnt tortilla with a burnt strip of bacon (single one not even two) with zero cheese. It was quite literally as hard as a rock. Dunkin is a place where a lot of people go to get breakfast before work/school, i include myself. If they cannot even serve food correctly then for certain I will not be going back.

They never have anything. I’ve gone 3 days in a row asking for cappuccino blast and they still don’t have “the stuff nor vanilla ice cream” I went last night asking for the strawberry dragon fruit ice cream they’re advertising on their front store just so she can look at me with a blank stare cause she didn’t know what I was talking about and to tell me afterwards they didn’t have it yet !!

This Dd don’t have barely anything… no hot fudge, no walnut, no pralines, no banana split, the vanilla ice cream is only the yogurt vanilla ‍♀️. I asked some questions to the employee about why they don’t have certain things and if its individually owned and they didn’t know. I came on a Sunday 5pm.
