A bunch of rude ignorant unprofessional incompetent folks. Ppl who get angry because you ask for your order to be correct are a special type of people and that reason alone is sometimes the reason your still pouring coffee at 60 years old. I politely told the elder ma’am my coffee order isn’t right and she got furious and said I was telling her how to do her job. I said ma’am your in the service industry, I have a request. Period! She slammed the window doors when I asked for it to be corrected.

Unless you order black coffee they will mess it up idk how you can order the same coffee everyday and everyday it’s different. This place can’t make an order right to save there life you won’t get what you order I guarantee you’ll be missing food. third time they’ve made my bagel belt with 1 egg this time I’ve called back they refunded it but still made it with one egg. Called corporate today because the store wouldn’t answer the phone. Why change anything? when dumb people like me will continue to come back well good luck to the owner trying to get this s*** show together

I come to this location every day to get coffee. Sometimes, they have someone extremely rude taking orders at the drive through. She’s been rude to me on more than one occasion and I’ve also overheard her being rude to other cars in the drive thru. If I’m being kind and courteous as the customer, I really don’t understand the attitude. Do you really hate your job that much? Maybe you shouldn’t be in a customer service position…..I’ve heard similar stories about the other Tim Hortons location in Saint Clair Shores. Love the coffee, but Tim Hortons needs to start doing a lot better with customer service.

I get coffee here every morning. Some employees are very nice others are not. Sometimes you have to wait forever for someone to take your order. When you get to the window, some don’t even say anything to you, because they are complaining about something. No thank you nothing… Basically rude as hell. This place used to have friendly service. Seems every time I vome thru the drive at this location, its huffin and puffin if I wanna scan my points, take to long getting my card out my wallet and today!!! The lady was so rude when i ask for my reciept, which i had to ask twice becuz she was not focused on service but the two other women!!! She loudly was like “OH COME ON!” I tried to explain i had ask previously and she was again “DID U ASK AT THE SPEAKER!” I expressed I am allowed to ask for a reciept to which she replied with “have a nice day and slammed the window”… i dont understand fast food anymore, worked this industry for years, its definitely not worth my time to need breakfast and be treated like poo…

Never in my life had I called to complain about food service until I went to this place. From the employees fighting at the window and screaming the b word at each other while I waited for my order, to consistently giving me the wrong items, to not telling me they’re out of something until after they charge my card and then giving me the wrong refund because they’re too busy arguing with each other, there is literally never a good experience here. The owner doesn’t seem bothered by it I guess since I never did hear back about either of my complaints.

I have no idea what’s up with this location but it’s an awful experience. There were no cars in the drive thru line. I pull up and wait several minutes. No one says anything. I say hello? Still no one says anything. I walk in and one worker is talking on her phone on speaker phone and one is counting money. The 3rd woman that took my order looked like she couldn’t be bothered by any customers. You couldn’t understand what she was saying. It appeared as if she was under the influence of something. Then the card system wasn’t working and she says we’ll idk what to tell you. My coffee was already made at this point. I said well people are going through the drive thru, can you ring it up there? She seemed aggravated by that suggestion. Then the machine finally worked. The service here is trash. Unfortunately this location is closest to me, but it’s worth the drive to the other one on Harper because it’s always a good experience there. Very disappointed. Obviously there’s no real leadership paying attention to what’s going on here.
