Isela the shift manager is rude and does not assist the employees during busy hours. She called 4 people whom ordered after me then when I asked about my order to the cashier the cashier then asked her she stated waiting on something the cashier informed me and then Isela told her you tell the cook all while she stood there wiping trays! Isela you are the supervisor you tell the cook and assist your fellow employees instead of standing there! Just pure rude and laziness !

The place is real clean and the cashier that took my order was super professional… It took about 15 minutes for my order but I did order two seafood platters which by the way were delicious… It does seem like they changed their macaroni salad ingredients and although it wasn’t what I was expecting it was pretty tasty… Fish and jumbo shrimp were juicy… Good eating today!!

Stopped by today 1/26/23 @7 and change. I got the beef and chicken. Plate. I asked if they can chop the chicken and they did BUT they chopped the beef too and they chopped the beef so small it looks like carne asada everything falls out of my fork, I hate it !! It’s good but I can’t eat it

Today I placed an order over the phone for a certain time, I arrived a little bit before my quote time. when one of the cashiers told the kitchen cooks that I had arrived the kitchen manager Diego, started yelling from the kitchen that I was earlier than the requested time. He made me feel dumb by the way he was speaking to me in front of other guest and employees. He was extremely rude I can’t believe he is the manager with such poor customer service he was also being rude to his cashiers. I know that we all have bad days but he should show better costumer service if he wants to keep the clientele.

Had a bad experience over the phone … didn’t get the name of the girl that answered the phone and no one had badges . My husband went in for me and picked up the order due to me being a really nice person I didn’t have it in me to give attitude back but I had a bad experience with the person who was taking my order she gave me attitude and I was struggling to remember the name of the plated on the menu honestly I felt so stupid for even holding the conversation on the phone with her still but please I just hope they really check there workers I understand we all have our good and bad days but we should never be round to one another we don’t know what someone is going through … so please ono do better for your customers .
