I got in line before 9:20pm, they said I had to wait 15 min for 2 bowls Beijing beef. I agreed. They had dining doors locked by 9:30pm. I waited until 9:45pm to get one bowl of Beijing beef and the other bowl of orange chicken… and I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t check my bag. I had my step son go in to get my other bowl of Beijing beef but they told him that they didn’t have anymore and they were closed! My kid cannot eat orange chicken… that’s why I ordered 2 bowls for both of my kids! What happens if my kid has a bad reaction to the orange chicken that I did not even order? Why do I have to pay for a meal I didn’t order? Why did I wait for 25 minutes?! He said when he walked in they all had attitudes! This location needs new management! I promise I would have been in that restaurant if I wasn’t on crutches! Please find another place to eat! They do not deserve your money!

Poor service and worst place ever to be at. At went there at 9pm today (Monday-they close at 10pm), requested a plate with rice and double Kung Pao – lady behind the counter checked the entree bowl and it had left over (very small portion), I requested to wait and make some more as the portion isn’t enough for my plate, she said we are close and won’t make any more food. When I asked what time you close, she said 10p and I asked why do you claim it’s close for more food at 9pm. She didn’t have a satisfactory answer and said kitchen is cleaning. I asked her for her name – she claimed it’s Panda Express policy not to give out name. When I asked for a manager, she claimed she is the manager. Question – how can you have a manager who is turning customers down for service and making her own policies of denying customers to give information when asked? Picture attached of the lady in black who claimed to be manager and displayed worst customer service in food industry. I need email address for corporate HR department to send a complaint for this employee.

I love the food at Panda Express. Problem is all the staff have their own way of placing the food in the containers. Most staff give good size portions, but some give small portions, which is what happened to me today. Also only but 2 mushrooms and 3 small pieces of chicken with the Mushroom Chicken. It was mostly zucchini. Most of the time, I have no complaints.

Disappointed. Gordon who served our to -go order just gave us very small portion. He is so annoying. I don’t know why he is so stingy with foods. Most Panda Express are so generous with portions. I’ve been to a lot of Panda Express all over US I would say, but the portion he gave to me & my husband made me angry. Foods are not fresh either. Won’t try this place anymore. If I could give Gordon a negative star, I will. I hope he change his servings to customers. He will make people annoyed.

This place has been on decline for months. They shut down the drive through every day and say it’s broken. It’s been broken for over 2 months now. I don’t think it takes this long to fix. They put construction cone in drive-through so you can’t use. The employees look miserable and cashier does not know what she is doing. Service is super slow since there is no drive through. Terrible service and experience. I will stop using this location and will tell all my facebook friends to spread the word on this location.

Now open for indoor dining. The Beijing Beef and Orange Chicken are pretty good. So is the Lo Mein. I could not believe it but they do not have chopsticks. WHAT? A Chinese restaurant that doesn’t have chopsticks. Not really the same having to eat with a plastic fork. Seriously, how much can cheap wooden chopsticks even cost. Took off a star for that.

The food at this location was disgusting. It was so bad I went to talk to a manager for a refund or a voucher for another store. Manager wasn’t there and they wouldn’t give a refund so I said I’d leave a bad review.

The last few weeks their drive thru is closed more than it’s open, but the inside is still open. Just trying to quickly grab some food and don’t have time to go in. Fix the issues that are causing you to close you’re drive thru so often. You’re losing business.
