I got there at 11am to beat the lunch rush. I had to wait like 10 mins before I spoke up and asked if I was going to be help. I was the only one in the store at the time the cashier kept on looking yet knew I was there didn’t bother greeting or ask what she can help me with. All she did was make eye contact a few times like why you standing there. There were 3 people visible on top of that. I myself don’t like doing reviews and especially I have a food industry background. But first thing is give the customer a greeting yet overall good customer service. Let the customer know you see them and you will be right with them. I shouldn’t have to ask if I’m going to be help when you obviously see me standing there.

I never ever leave reviews but this specific Chipotle is the best I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a LOT).. they’re very generous with portions and don’t over or under do anything in bowls or burritos. I’ve gone many times and they’re also very consistent. Cleanliness and also speed for mobile orders is 10/10 as well.

I live in Deerfield and purposely avoid that location due to how horrendous it is in every single aspect. After going to this location I’ve concluded that it’s one of the best ones I’ve been to. It’s extremely clean, food portions are perfect, and the staff is always on time with orders. Not a single complaint here and it should stay the way it is.

Ordered delivery through their app, for me and my friend at work. My drink was missing most of our plates was rice, barely any meat.. food had very bland taste. This was definitely the worst chipotle we have ever had.

So I order the exact same item anytime I go to chipotle and this is by far the worst visit ever, the smallest portions ever and I added a drink to try the new watermelon limeade(huge sign on the menu made me want to try it) and then I go to fill my drink and it’s out of stock. I can go to Taco Bell for 4 bucks and get a larger burrito and they will have my drink in stock. I will definitely never visit this location again in my life it’s so sad and disappointing like am leaving feeling like I wasted money…. Less then a scoop of rice less then a scoop of beans I could literally put two of these burritos I got today into one like I would normally get. Restaurant was empty this would be the time to clean the door and restock the drinks.

Food appeared fresh and wait times were minimal but the portion sizes at this particular location were dismal and uncharacteristic of Chipotle. If I hadn’t said something the server was literally only going to give me a half scoop of rice for my bowl and an even lesser amount of chicken. That is INEXCUSABLE. When I asked for more meat they said they had to charge me “double meat” and then gave me 5 more pieces of meat and a side of callous attitude. I have never spent so much money and received so little food at the Lake Bluff, Deerfield, Rockford, Joliet or Plainfield locations. I have never encountered a single nasty employee at any of these other locations either. When I spend $29 on two items at Chipotle I expect full meals and good service, not snacks and bad attitudes.

I have had multiple bad experiences with this location. Tonight my burrito was cold, and also had less fillings than usual. This is the second time I’ve had a similar issue and it’s only happened when I get the food delivered so far. Also I will attach a photo showing the nasty guac they sent me, it was hard and inedible. They said they will refund my order, but they didn’t last time I had an issue so I will hold my breath. If you decide to get food here, your best bet is going in person. I gave them a few chances and didn’t want to write a bad review over one bad order, but this is my 3rd issue in a short period of time.

Took forever, dirty restaurant (drink area, floors, ). They tried to make it better with free chips and guacamole (only reason for 2 stars) but I placed the order at 1045 to be picked up at 11 and didn’t leave with food until 11:24. They didn’t start making the order until I actually walked in to pick up. At least 6 people received their food before I did.
