Horrible service, rude and dirty business. Witness an employee take trash out not wash her hands when she came back just heading back to the kitchen cooking. I explained this to the manager and requested for her not to touch my food. The girl who didn’t wash her hands started to get irate and started yelling, cursing because I didn’t want her to touch my food . She then said we don’t have to make anything and you can get a refund.. Instead of me arguing with you because you are filthy like me fat that refund. The man that appeared to be the manager came to give m my refund. I’ve been in Management and I’m whole Food and Beverage Director I never would image this happening in my company and to a customer. If that guy was in charge clearly he doesn’t run a tight ship. The employees are always leaning on the counter tops it is very low budget compared to the wing stop I’m use to.. The employees are childish and rude… horrible customer service… But this isn’t my business to run nor will I be back. Enjoy

Never DoorDash wingstop. first off I ordered some cheesy fries and they gave me regular fries with absolutely nothing, on top of that they were burnt. They threw like 20 ranch and 20 packets of ketchup in my bag? I had ordered a 5pc meal. I ordered some iced sweet tea, I don’t think I’ve ever tasted such watered down WARM tea, then the chicken was the worst part it was the most greasiest thing I ever tasted in my life, the box was about half way full of pure grease I had to take the chicken out one by one and squeeze then with paper towel that’s how bad it was absolutely disgusting

Health inspectors should just shut this place down ! I was the only person there, took 20 minutes to get my food after asking where it was at, every table was full of trash and the waiter was consumed by his girlfriend and kid playing at the soda machine… This was all after the wing stop in CoMo told me 40 min wait as soon as I walked in and not a soul in the seats there either, the waitress was also very rude there

Two people where working. There where a total of 3 guest. 5 including me and my father. The wait was 20min for the wings which where mediocre at best. Best thing was it was inexpensive especially compared to Buffalo wild wings. Me and my father bother ate for under 20$

This isn’t the first time, more like the 3rd time, my husband and I have ordered food online because NO ONE answered the phone. The order is wrong EVERY TIME. This time was the icing on the cake, our fries were way under cooked, like biting into a raw potato. We walked into the store and told the guy our name and he said “oh uh, it’ll be about 3 minutes, your fries are in. They didn’t cook them, they put down and flashed them and sent us on our way. Secondly, if I’m not mistaken, a chicken sandwich comes with more than a chicken patty & a bum, right? Nothing was on my sandwich, no toppings, just chicken and bun. I’ve let it go the last 2 times. I don’t know what the difference is in placing an order in person vs placing an online but all customers, all orders should be made correctly. My husband says he eats there in person and it’s way better but when he orders online/over the phone, it’s wrong every time.
