Kids friendly place with a nice play area. We didn’t see photos in other reviews so we didn’t know what to expect from the kids area, so I added few 🙂

Absolute hot garbage. Zero customer service skills were performed. I said how are you and got a (what can I get you. ) I said thank you while getting my bags and the girl just kept a blank face and turned around no follow up. Also asked for a large meal which I payed for and only got a medium. Just disappointing. Coming from someone who doesn’t write bad reviews.

I am not sure why, but they start to mess up my order every time I go there. I have to check my order every time before I leave and there is always something missing.

This location went through a period of inconsistencies when fulfilling my orders. Maybe there were too many new people at one point but they were forgetting items, not fulfilling special requests on meals, etc. Doesn’t take away from the friendliness of the atmosphere just worth a mention since I started having to check after them all the time. I kinda expect that from other fast food places but never with chick fil a. Nonetheless, they’ve gotten better after a while so they still get good scores from me!

They seem to have the magic recipe for amazing service and food! Always great customer service, nothing ever missing, and the food is grrrreat! No matter how long the lines are, it goes by quickly and the employees have such positive attitudes!

I don’t know why this chick fil a closes at 9pm and not 10pm, but I showed up 5 minutes before closing in the drive thru lane. The young male worker told me that they’re closed and not taking anymore orders. As I was leaving, I noticed that they allowed the car behind me to place an order which made me upset. I understand you guys are about to close, but it’s very unprofessional to refuse to serve a customer but then decide to take the customer behind them. I wish I could give zero stars.

Probably the best Chick-fil-A in my area . Service is excellent! Especially in the way they provide quick and easy ordering. I have been through the drive through many times. They seem to be very organized and it moves pretty quickly, even when they are busy. Food is tasty and my order has been correct every time. I would recommend this place to most anyone looking for good chicken and excellent service.

Hello, I want to start by saying this is my first every job, so every experience I have had here I tried to make it an open minded one. I have been working at Chick-Fil-A for some time now and it has been so many ups and downs. The owner of this store is a very nice lady. I ALWAYS see her working but I can’t say the same for the shift leaders. Here are some things I have experienced with these shift leaders. I had my first solo shift a while back after 2 days of being trained. I was still learning and asking questions and a shift leader had made the remark “idk why they keep putting people up here if they don’t know what they’re doing” then proceeds to tell me “honey I am not your shift leader” and to “go find her”. This had me stunned and I didn’t ask any further questions. After that I became more tuned in to the shift leaders around me. Shift leaders also have a group chat where they talk about other employees. Chick-fil-a will not allow the workers to eat if they have on nails of a certain length. So they have employees that have been working for hours outside with no food, and barely let them come in for water or the bathroom. I’ve also heard an employee get talked about in a way I wouldn’t want anyone to be talked about all because of her nails (that she took off the next day). The shift leaders were saying how “they didn’t care if she got fired” and made comments around her using the word “ghetto” and her hair (they were tribal braids). I noticed how favoritism is a BIG thing there and they take nails, earrings, hair VERY SERIOUSLY. I understand that is for sanitary reasons but should never be used as a reason to talk badly about other employees.

Food here is always great; it’s your staple Chick-fil-A, after all. Service is good, too.

My wife and I had the fall you can eat crab legs for lunch. We were there early Friday afternoon and didn’t wait to be seated. This place used to be called Steamers. The old place we didn’t like too much. So we decided to give them a try. The food was good and the Crab legs weren’t old like some places serve. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. I would go back for the Crab legs.
