I took a while to leave this review to make sure this wasn’t a one time thing. Over several months of ordering the same thing both here and at other Starbucks franchises, I’ve decided that there is something wrong with the milk. They either do not keep it refrigerated between making drinks, or it is expired. When ordering a drink with milk at this location, I would have my entire world upended as only a mere few hours later I would find myself grasping onto the nearest toilet to keep myself seated as the explosive diarrhea attempted to send me to orbit. This is an issue that is exclusive to this location as this has never been a problem after ordering from other Starbucks locations. In addition, other friends and coworkers have explained to me that they have experienced the same outcome after ordering from this location. 0/10, would not recommend, especially if the drink you are ordering contains dairy. Staff is friendly.

Coffee is good. Customer service – not so much. Never had any issues with the women who work there, but the big guy (pretty much the only guy who works there) doesn’t know how to talk to people – especially his coworkers. Not sure if he’s a manager or what, but the way he talks to his coworkers in front of customers is unprofessional. Pull them to the side and do it, at least. Or just don’t be rude to people. It is awkward and uncomfortable when the customers somehow get caught up in the tension between the coworkers.

Normally this place is pretty good. During BMTS graduation days, avoid this location like the plague. Today during lunch the staff member present was the best. Food at Starbucks is always a ding just about no matter where you go in the world. Out of stock items was the culprit this visit.

Maggie was extremely slow. I saw that my drink was completed and only needed whip cream to finish it. They brought out more whip cream containers but they just sat there on the counter, and Maggie and her coworkers just kept chatting with one another while my drink sat there. Maybe it was a fluke, but I hope they have better attention to detail next time and work with a sense of urgency.

The barrista was friendly. I didn’t buy any coffee, just purchased some cups. They were out of alot of the cups, but it was graduation and lots of people were there, so I guess it’s to be expected.

Was fortunate to have Nicole and Ashlynn as my baristas at the Starbucks in the Main Exchange. My order was received and completed correctly and in record timing. Their customer service is on point. 100% appreciated!! Tried to tip them to show my appreciation but no tip jar was available. Thank you ladies for the sugar fix. You both helped get my day off on the right foot.
