I ordered some catering from the 24th Street location and they couldn’t do my order last minute. I called up this location in Marysville and they were able to do it and knocked it out of the park. I appreciate them taking a last-minute catering order for a birthday party and the sandwiches here are always made to perfection. Everyone is so nice. That wasn’t my first experience here and it won’t be my last. Thanks for saving the day!

I’ve tried time and time again to give this Jimmy John’s a chance. Countless times now they’ve given anything but good service. Placed a delivery order, mind you on a Tuesday, was told no other delivery’s were placed and should be very quick. Needless to say it took 40 minutes to get 1 sub. I live 6 minutes from the store. Not to mention the driver brought me a coke with all the ice completely melted. This is the 3rd or 4th time now that this location has given the worst service I’ve ever had. Do not recommend, save your money

Not to happy. Usually the service is alright. Today though I wasn’t so happy. Placed a delivery and the driver didn’t have the change to break a 50. Driver took the food back to the store and made me wait another 25 minutes. When the driver returned they took a 6 dollar tip for themselves from my change before I had offered one..not very happy to say the least.

Beware if you instruct the delivery person to leave it on your porch. Make sure you specify they DO NOT bang on the door as if your house is on fire. I work midnights and they woke me from stone cold slumber. NOT COOL.
