Went to this KFC last night, and was told the drive-through was shut down for the night, and I had to go inside to place an order. Once I went inside, there was a woman at the cash register that looked annoyed at the fact that there were several people waiting in line, once I got to the cashier, I overheard her telling another gentleman that was changing. The garbage is in the lobby that she was annoyed. They were so busy right in front of me before even asking what I wanted to order. Then she looked at me with an attitude and said, are you ready to order, I almost walked out of the building at that point. To make things worse when I tried to order chicken strips. She stated she was pretty sure they were out of chicken strips for the evening? Then I ordered a spicy chicken bowl, and when I got it, there was more hot sauce than anything else, the chicken itself was rubbery and absolutely disgusting. Complete waste of time and waste of money. Their lobby was also absolutely filthy and the front door looked like, it had never been cleaned on the inside or outside ever. Unfortunately, KFC is going downhill and this is a main reason why, they need to rehire all new staff and teach them not only customer service but how to clean.

First let me say what I arrived at the store at 11:02 they were still close there was people waiting outside for about 20 minutes so I asked what was going on. They said The Man just walked in so we didn’t get inside the door till 1120 on top of that I ordered two bowls spicy receive my ordered it wasn’t spicy so I had to go back to get the spice on! thirdly when I walk back to eat my food, my food was extremely greasy and looks so sloppy and gross. I wasted $13.69 because it went straight to the trash. I didn’t even feel like going back to get a refund this location really sucks and lack on today. Food value!!!

The front counter service was awesome! A young gentleman was training a new employee. Both were very friendly and courteous. However, the manager on duty is rude!!! How dare you take the cashier away from the counter mid order! Surely it could have waited. Unacceptable! Unprofessional! She ought to be ashamed of her poor customer service.

I made an online order when I got there after my promise time and asked about my order. The young man at the counter went back to ask the manager on duty she said she’s just going to have to wait! It wasn’t busy.. 20 minutes later I got my order. After people who came in after me!

Wish I could do negative, besides the food poisoning (a once but twice) figured give it another try yesterday. Nope never again , straws aren’t given with drinks , even the slaw was no good ! Not only did the person at the drive-through tell us that his manager was harassing him and he was scared. You could hear a bunch of girls laughing in the background either somebody needs to pull their head out of their a** and get some new help there or they just need to close it at this point.!

Do not go to this location. They have a lack of customer service and quality of food. I do not give bad reviews hardly ever and typically give a restaurant a good 3 times at least to make sure it is not just an off day for them. This location however does not care and the chicken is dry every time and now they are skimping on the portions by filling the containers half way. I will not be going back as they do nothing if you even take the food back and show them . KFC has lost a customer for sure!

I usually do not make reviews like this as I have been a server and in customer service/retail for 5+ years. I know what it’s like to deal with “Karen’s” or rude and disrespectful customers. I also know what it’s like to hate your job and what it’s like to go into your job after something personal happens. Everyone has bad days. Don’t take it out on the kind customers who are just stopping through. Aliciae was the rudest food industry employee I have ever encountered. Aliciae seemed “bothered” and answered her phone cell phone while we were paying for our food. Also did not include napkins, plastic forks or spoons in the bag and when my significant other went inside to grab them Aliciae said “they’re over there.” And there weren’t any. Our food was soggy and cold. If you hate your job, please look for and get another one.

Ordered 16 piece meal with 4 large sides. First, they forgot to give me my sides so I had to go back in. Second, they barely put any potatoes in the container. The container itself already seems smaller than the old version. This won’t feed a family of 4. Off to make potatoes which is what I was trying to avoid by ordering KFC! $59 is too much to spend and have to make my own sides.

Sometimes I think Americans are so unhappy because all their favorite fast food places have gone down the drain. Sadly KFC is a prime example. Service was ok but the place is always messy and food very hit or miss. Ours was terrible.
