Terrible experience. Paid $36 for 2 bowls and 2 bags of chips, but never received the chips. Asked for extra rice, and got barely any rice. Best part was the guacamole was browning. Really Chipotle? For $36, I think not.

Dirty. The line was dirty, tables dirty, bathroom door was spattered with all manner of fluids, bathroom was dirty, Coke tasted like mold or chemicals or both. We literally waited for 25 minutes while they made to go orders one after another in front of us. The orders were literally coming in after us, we were watching them print the takeout orders, make them and they were getting picked up before we ordered for 20 minutes. We would have left but we kept thinking they were almost done, how long could this possibly go on. Some of the employees were rudely abusing the ones who were actually doing work while smugly smirking at eachother and not helping. One girl, was wearing jeans and a hoodie, not dressed as an employee at all, wasn’t helping with anything but kept distracting everybody and going into the walk-in. The food was dry and old somehow despite how busy they were. One of the worst Chipotle experiences ever.

Dirty and messy restaurant !!!!! Really filthy in the food compartments. Food on the counters. Food all over the floor when I walked in I was stepping on rice. Food everywhere all over the work area. It clearly doesn’t get cleaned regularly and that’s a problem. Not sanitary at all. I returned my food cause the chicken was extra salty and just wasn’t cutting it. I ate half and my stomach is killing me now. The bowls were made sloppily. No one had hair nets and the server seemed to be a bit behind with production. Then the cashier was really slow with the bag up and ring up charge. I almost fell asleep watching her. I decided to snap a few pics because cause the lack of organization and dirty work area caught my attention. Manager told me on the phone to call and make a complaint due to the food and she cannot refund my money. I walked it in and asked for a refund and even told her I got a bag of chips that were STALE AS ALL HELL!

I will not be back again this was the last of many times I placed my order online and it was not ready and it was wrong. I understand they are busy and things happen but this being the trend just confirms I won’t order hear again. I ordered 3 burritos and 2 were the same only difference was meat. Some how I got one looking great and the other empty missing rice, mostly beans and half wrapped.

Honestly there are no real surprises here. The standard Chipotle with all of the usual Chipotle offerings. The store is always clean and inviting. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The Barbacoa is my go to every time.

Don’t order online for this location, sticker says burrito and you’ll get a bowl. Simple mistake no worries, good luck trying to get help though. No one to speak to over the phone and the Pepper Virtual Assistant is borderline useless

I have been here a couple of times, and employees are rude and in a rush to get rid of customers. Maybe working conditions are not great at this location. Food taste was not great either, burnt and not fresh looking.

The ones serving was incredibly rude rolling eyes giving attitude. The amount in the bowl is not worth 20 dollars. Ice machine broke and get upset if you want a fountain drink. Will not go here again. I can go to a sit down restaurant for the price and have better people serving.
