Really great food. The Hegere Exclusive has small portions of almost everything on the menu. It is filling and the bread that comes with it is like a sourdough flatbread that you can’t get enough of. No need for silverware as you pick everything up with torn pieces of bread. Also, don’t forget to try the Ethiopian coffee, it is strong, but very flavourful.

Great! We stopped in Sioux Falls for dinner while driving from Montana to Michigan. Amazing food, good service, nice atmosphere, reasonably priced. We got the vegetarian platter and traditional coffee. Not spicy but very flavorful. It was a fun experience to use the injera bread as a utensil.

OMG!!!! We’ve had Ethiopian food all over the country, up and down the east and west coasts, and who would’ve guessed the best Ethiopian food in the whole country is right here in Sioux Falls! Not only was that the best Ethiopian food we’ve ever had, it was probably one of the best meals we’ve ever had! We had the Hagere Exclusive combo platter… And Every. Single. Dish. was bursting with flavorful deliciousness. Not to mention the very generous portions and kind service. We will be back… again and again.

The best ethopian food I have had in a long time. Visiting from Michigan and happened to be staying nearby. Lovely to feel a part of the community here and an absolute gem of a family restaurant. Highly recommended! Vegetarian sample platter was excellent, so flavorful as well as the guava juice, also portions were perfect.

I ate myself half to death and couldn’t finish my one-person plate! I’m vegetarian, but came with meat eaters and we were all thrilled with the food. Get the exclusive!
